The swimming pool and spa area were just amazing. Restaurant and bar were cozy and intimate, perfect for couple getaways. Plus the countryside nearby offers incredible views!

The moquette is just terrible! Stains are very difficult to clean and most people nowadays are allergic to dust. Please take it off!

Staff is really nice. Especially during dinner the waiter was really attentive. The hotel is very clean, in English golf style, and the surrounding landscape is great. The wellness area is really big with many different saunas, a pool and rest zones. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We asked for additional second pillows and they brought it right away.

I think breakfast needs to be improved. Coffee is avarage. Selection of fruit is poor as well as the taste of eggs (or what it tries to be eggs). Some items did not have the label, some did. Kinda reminds me of how breakfast were in 2017. If you are a person who loves breakfast then I think this could be a let down a bit.

It is a clean, modern, ideally located hotel surrounded by gold fields.

There is no elevator, so you must take the stairs to the rooms. And bring your luggage with you. The stairs are steep and uncomfortable.

Modern hotel, good location, comfy and well-designed rooms, spacious bathroom at a reasonable price.

When I checked in I asked the receptionist if it would be OK to stay until 12:00 instead of 11:00 the next day, 11:00 being the regular checkout time. "No problem, I will leave a note for my colleague in the morning" she said. Next day, 11:05 I receive a call on the room phone, from another receptionist, telling me that every additional hour after 11:00 is 20 EUR! Upon checkout she demanded the money. I just left without paying. Never again will I stay here. Totally unprofessional!

The spa facilities, the location and hotel itself were good, we were there off season and wanted to be a bit remote for NewYear's, yet there is a lot to explore around. And overall cleaniliness/housekeeping was good. Oh and very dogfriendly

Unfortunately quite a lot, mainly to start with price/value did not match at all - in hindsight I paid prime for rather average service. The staff had to be animated to interact with us - never unfriendly but not really interested in the guest's experience. The bar closing at 10PM even on New Year's Eve was a disappointment and simple things had to be asked for multiple times (please turn the sauna on, no clue where we can go hiking around the property, no iron (!?), water kettle had to be asked for but they had dozens locked up). On top of that the food was not great (the previous reviews were accurate) - the breakfast was every day the same and the quality just okay, I believe it is more an issue with the products bought (cheap) than the cook. Example: rather than 3 different frozen cakes just make one batch real cake which the guests would thankfully enjoy. The drinks at the bar unfortunately were not better :(

Location and SPA is great. The restaurant itself is very nice but it doesn’t work properly…

Breakfasts are ok but every day the same and no choice. if you staying for more than 2 days you’ll feel it… Dinners are not very testy as well.

Space, Natural feelings.

Completely dark outside at evening like in Ghost Town. Swimming pool too cold water. Inside room too hot air without possibility to change. No restaurant for dinner, city long way out. Pay attention with the Bill.

Clean, beautiful swimming pool with huge lawn. Room and the terrace are spacious. The staff were friendly, just a little glitch during check-in but forgivable. The wait staff in the restaurant in the evening was excellent, too bad we didn’t get his name, it was quite late, we wanted to come just for dessert and the kitchen is closing but he went the extra-mile and got us the melted chocolate cake. The guy who drove my husband and daughter around the golf course and showed them around, was great too. It wasn’t our first but it was our first with our little girl. She had a wonderful time 👍 Thank you!!! We will come back!

The low wall out in the terrace seperating the other room’s terraces are awefully low, there were no privacy and we had to jump in and close the door when the other guests started smoking.

Small room, the reaurant is disaster and it is retty too far from the city where you can have nice and proper dinner so next time we stayed in town and comuted to the golf course. The SPA is overpriced and procedures are performed by someone who barely got a licence.

Just amazing time, dog friendly & really clean. Spa area was not full at all and we could enjoy quite time.

Breakfast was average, but still tasty

I liked the SPA facilities, pool and surrounding green space.

The staff were rude and uninviting, they made you feel like you were interrupting their break constantly. They were on their phones and very unhelpful. The air conditioning didn’t work and the room was 28 degrees. The carpet had stains on it and old food was left in the cupboard. There was no food available for 2 out of 3 days we were staying here. The breakfast and dinner buffet were below expectation and not good value for money. The massage was expensive and underwhelming.
