the room and bathroom were big and clean, the location was good as well. Staff were very helpful as well.

the Wi-Fi was not great at all, it barely worked but they said they were upgrading it so I hope it becomes better

We have booked this hotel for one night. After reading the reviews I wasn't expecting a lot. But it is a good hotel. Very good breakfast Big comfortable room Big bathroom Good WiFi connection Very good breakfast, variety of food Very friendly and helpful staff Very late check in without any problem

The receptionist was extremly rude . He didn't even looked at me was so angry just because the booking was through booking.com . He gave me a room with broken A/C . I booked double bed room with breakfast and dinner included ( I didn't have the chance to eat as I was scared to be honest . I preferred to eat outside ) then in the middle of the night they confirmed the A/C is broken and have decided to move me to a downgraded smaller room . No telephone inside the rooms . No parking available . No recommended . Instead I encourage you to book in the Pacha Hotel same category but way better service and the location just amazing . This hotel is a nightmare not recommended

I liked how vast the room was .. staff was nice nd welcoming .. the breakfast and dinner of the second night were good .

The room had no curtains on one of the windows which made me nd my wife wake up way too early, the shower has no curtain and there was no drain which made a huge mess and left it wet for hours .. the food of the first day was bad we had to eat out even though we paid for the meals .. for 65 € a night ( 185 dt) you expect way better outcome .. also the room was not so clean and the towels given to us were kind of wet ! There was no phone in the room to call the reception as well.
