No fueron flexibles con la hora de entrada y algo caro para lo que brindan.

Location and Club floor with the swimming pool. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was passable : each morning the same pastry (croissant), no fresh fruit juice, poor choice of fresh fruit. Didn’t appreciate the « Religious Message » found in our room. The glass wall between the room and the bathroom was not opaque. The cover of the toilets was not the appropriate size

We booked a club room as a treat - and it really was a treat! We thoroughly enjoyed the happy hour drinks and nibbles, the included massage and access to the pool. Our room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the shower excellent. The staff were all incredibly friendly and the location was ideal with a subway station across the road and the marina an easy stroll away (at night when it was a bit cooler outside!)

Location was central to the Financial District. Also not a far walk to some touristy spots.

Wasn't what I didn't like. Would've been nice to have an audio system to play music outside of using the TV.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, nice pools, close proximity to MYR station.

The bathroom had a small window between it and the sleeping space. I don’t understand this trend. At least make it opaque.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mitten im Singapur. Super gelegen, die Metro ist direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Hotel strahlt eine Ruhe aus, die dem Aufenthalt zu einem Genuss macht.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Perfect for a city break with little time spent in the room.

Rooms a little small for 2 adults and a child, plus luggage. Our daughter is a very tall 12, which was the cut off, so we weren’t allowed to book a club room with the extra space. That definitely would have helped space wise.

Das Frühstück ist gut, die Lage sehr gut, in den großen Zimmern riecht es muffig feucht. Insgesamt trotz positiver Erfahrungen/Momente ein eher enttäuschender Aufenthalt.

Die laute Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Die sehr lauten Nebengeräusche auf der Clubetage, vermutlich auch Ventilatoren von Klimaanlagen oder ähnlichem. Trotz 21 Stock Clubpool kaum Aussicht aus dem eigentlichen schönem Pool da entweder mit Pflanzen oder Gittern verbaut. Keinerlei Hintergrundmusik auf der Clubetage die die Nebengeräusche. Unterdrückt hätte.

Wunderfull architecture and Eco approach of the building. Service was very pleasant and the Pool in Floor 21st was great for staying some hours. We enjoyed the breakfast before spending the day in the City which is easy to reach either by MRT or Grab / car. Concierge service helped us with the luggage.

The room was good but not very Special. Some issues with humudity in the Floor to the rooms.

It looked a little tired : the shower grout seemed to be coming off and there was loads of plant debris between our window and the trellis . Don’t let this put you off - the staff were lovely . The air con was good, the wifi works , the pool is nice etc

Food was average, not with what paid for a club room.

Great stay. Room was in the smaller side but was enough. They have this huge carpet under the bed that was a bit dirty and honestly they could do without. The hallway had a very 70s futuristic vibe to it with seamless door paneling. The room itself is very warm tones wood heavy. Was not very impressed at first and felt like a standard room, furnishing slightly worn, but by the end of our trip thought it was a very comfortable stay and happy with our choice. Location is great if you want to go to the maxwell and Chinatown complex food centers, both just 10min or so walk away. It’s a little farther out for some of the other attractions and about 20 mins by metro (including walking time to and from metro) to get to other places like gardens by the bay, etc.

Zentrale Lage, direkt an der MRT Station, nahe China town. Clubzimmer empfehlenswert, da etliche zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten dazugehören.

Eigenartige Dusche, kaum möglich, mit trockenen Füßen ins Wohnzimmer zu gelangen

Bien situé, façades vegetalisées, bien insonorisé. Personnel très gentil.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel. Der Executive Club ist sehr zu empfehlen und lohnt sich

An einigen Stellen ist eine Renovierung notwendig

Location is very centrally located, room is decent in size (albeit a bit small but thats fine). Room was clean and spacious.

Some weird design choices (see-through window between bed + toilet via bathroom mirror). Only filter-coffee at breakfast, staff isn't very friendly and just does its job. Bad: - Super noisy AC in the room, even on lowest setting - Having to access two elevators to get to your room + breakfast is a huge nuisance and takes a lot of time - Rooftop pool is awful, and separation between "club" guests and normal guests is super weird for the already high price Worse: - Stored luggage after checkout is simply stored in the public lobby, without any oversight or protection (!) Huge no-go imho, such a huge hotel and they can't afford to have a dedicated luggage room?

Really liked the pool, club area free massage, breakfast was good. I thought breakfast area was a bit congested, especially when you are getting cereal, and have to wait for the lovely servers to get milk.

Nothing really. It was a lovely, relaxing hotel in a fantastic location.

We stayed in a Club Room. It was very nice to have the extras that came with it. The bed and pillows were really nice. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location just by Tanjong Pagar EW15 metro station. Clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were really kind and let us use the pool after our check out to freshen up before our flight.
