lack of facilities e.g. poolside toilets, changing. the list of activities provided by Booking are a little exaggerated E.g. no snorkelling equipment to rent/borrow.

You can hear people between apartments, generally cheap makeover while you can get the same price with better facilities.

The place and staff

Excellent location for exploring the region. Secure, private, quiet garden with swimming pool and free parking. Equiped apartment with terrace. Serge is very welcoming and polite and quick to respond to all eventual questions and needs.

Super clean and simple flat for long or short stays.

Exterior corridors (giving access to the apartments) could have some better lighting, it was difficult to see where I was walking when coming home at night.

Serge was a great host. He did everything he could to do our stay (more) pleasant and gave us tips. The location is great. Close to the beach, bakery and grocery store 5min walk. Many restaurants nearby. It was great to have the possibility to use a washing machine. It was also great to order bread/croissants for breakfast (even one day the order was mixed up a little). We stayed with a 2year old kid and got a baby bed for free. There is a pool that we used only once (strong chlorine smell and some guests didn't behave properly)

Even the location is great the rooms are never worth 150€/night. The rooms are worn-out (the pictures speak for themselves) and it had not been particular clean. The bedroom had no AC, only the living room (nobody knows why not vice versa). In front of our apartment on the ground floor there was a small "garden" that was more like dirt than anything else. In general, all looked like there has not been much renewed in the last 5-10 years.
