+ it was nice and quiet, despite being fully booked + the appartment and the pool area were very clean and well looked after + the kitchen was well equipped + it all seems still quite new and it’s decorated in a very typical ‘old’ italian style, which gave it alot of charme + the restaurant nextdoor is amazing + the staff was friendly and helpful

Just a few picky notes, our stay was wonderful despite the next few points: - the pool doesn’t seem to be heated (the water was very cold) - the matress and the pillows were quite hard - there are only 4 sunbeds exposed to the sun (the rest is in the shade all day (mid september, might be different in july or august since the sun is higher then), but there were never that many people at the pool and we all changed between sun and shade so it worked out

Very quiet and surrounded by forest, great for relaxing and winding down. Impeccably clean and spacious apartments with fully equipped kitchen! Perfect location for visiting Val d’Orcia and surrounding areas!

Maybe beds could be more comfortable, but that’s just personal opinion ;)

The property was super clean & our apartment was of great size.

The swimming pool area was lovely but other visitors hogged the limited sun beds & would put towels on & go away which meant although not in use we had to sit outside out apartment instead. Most of time we would only wish to use pool for an hour or so. Very inconsiderate & perhaps something the owners could address with signage. Makes for a less restful holiday if you have to reserve a bed in morning with a towel & then not use bed for hours. That’s the only disappointment we had; the property is otherwise fantastic.

Very nice apartment with big bathroom and kitchen to prepare family meals. Access to patio and swimming pool. Lovely sunsets and perfect location between Pienza and Montepulciano. Ideal for peace and relax, surrounded by fields. On the way amazing views on the best part of Tuscany.

A bit short window for check out, especially if most guests come on holiday and would consider longer sleep.

The room, really an apartment, was so spacious!! It was in the style of an Italian villa. High ceilings, beautiful tile floors, comfortable furniture, big bathroom with a lovely shower. The beds were comfortable, the sheets crisp, the towels fluffy. We wished it had been warmer because the pool was gorgeous! There is underground parking. There are tables and chairs outside each apartment. All the apartments face each other on a wide walkway. Be sure to try their restaurant! It is fantastic! This were our favorite meals in Italy!

Big space, well stocked kitchen, very clean, nice exterior, allows pets (for a fee).

Check out time is too early 8:30-9:30. I missed this information on booking.com because normally I would not rent a place with a checkout before 10, more preferably 11. It isn't nice to set an alarm on the weekend for almost the same time as it would be on the work day. Also, the days we were there were very cold and though the government regulates when the heat comes on in Italy, they could have provided a small electric heater.

We loved our visit. We will be in Italy from the US for 3 weeks. This by far is the best place we have stayed. Everything was to perfection and was exactly as described in Booking.com. Spacious, gated and very safe which includes underground parking. I loved the jacuzzi tub which is almost obsolete. There is nothing like a hot bath after touring or hiking all day. A shower to rinse off is also part of the jacuzzi or soaking tub. Also a second bathroom w/ shower is a plus.

Beware: parking spaces are narrow, but we had a compact car which wasn’t a problem for us.

Very beautiful place with great facilities! Lovely surroundings with nice walks. Super clean and quiet. Useful to find a restaurant just next door for when you don’t want to use the car!

The whole experience with this property exceeded our expectations in every way. Due to late arrival, we needed to go through self-check in, which was super easy with Giulio's instructions. The whole place, including soundings is magical. The apartment is spacious, super clean and comfortable. Specious parking (in the garage) is specious and free of charge! Center of Montepulciano is just 10 min away by car which is another plus. If you are visiting Tuscany, this is a place to stay!
