The hang towels in the bathroom is too little, the towel falls down Always. Only this ;-)

You can see that the room is quite new, it looks tight and really clean. There is enough space, the beds are comfortable and the shower is nice. My stay (in the room) was very pleasant.

The check in time information on Booking.com (and the one displayed on the front door) wasn't right. Therefore I found a closed door at arrival, not a really nice start. The emergency door bell didn't work, so I called and was directed to the night entrance. This night entry and check in the next morning went very smoothly though. The other morning I wasn't able to leave the hotel through the regular exit. At the end of the stairs I found a locked aluminum door, and when taking the elevator, the elevator doors opened but there was a similar panel, locking me out from the reception area (quite scary to be honest). For this reason I also wasn't able to check out properly and had to exit through the night entrance again. The reception was empty at that moment (8.30 am)?!

There was one guy working in the morning, both as breakfast server, coffee guy and receptionist, to no fault of his own he was behind on everything simply because he couldn't do everything and shouldn't be expected to. Total lack of staff.

Nice receptionist, many power sockets, body lotions, nice price, free parking place, easy way to get to the hotel through the entrance from the back of the hotel.

Waste bin wasn't empty, it was full of trash. Before coming we had received information, that as a gift from hotel we would receive minibar for free. There was information on the wall: minibar includes: 2 bottles of water, 2 beers, 2 soft drinks and 2 crisps. But there were only 2 bottles of water. Maybe the room wasn't cleaned before our coming. There were hairs on 2 pillows and a stain on the sheet.

The host was very nice and friendly. He prepared the breakfast earlier just for our request, which was extremly kind. There was a very good and safe parking place. The interior was new and quite modern.

The room and the bathroom were very small, it was hard to move for four-person family. The tables at the breakfast was dirty.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They waited until our late arrival to close the facilities. Rooms are spacy, comfy, modern and clean. Breakfast is excellent with a lot to chose from. We highly recommend this place for the hospitality and very high customer service.

The room and especially bathroom is really small especially for me 2m guy.

We arrived late and had a warm welcome at the hotel. Everything was clean.

Very kind staff , the room was very comfortable and clean, lovely breakfast.

Very disappointed with the non-working fridge in the room. It was very hot outside and we expected to drink some cold water during the night or when we were back to the room after a day around the town.

Room was tidy and very clean. Free parking. Free minibar. Very nice cleaning lady!

Room sadly has no atmosphere whatsoever (no pictures, all white. Toilet running and dripping (staff didn't help, even though we asked). Shower head so low, it touched our head. Reception desk is closed sporadically during the day without notice, all doors locked (lobby, entrance) . Staff (reception) barely friendly and sadly not helpful. We didn't feel welcome! For a business hotel disappointing. Staff didn't even know how to print right receipt.

Stayed overnight on our way to venice by car. Good quality for the budget price, well accessible by car with free parking within the Hotel area.
