Very pricey for the value. Newer yes worth 2500bucks a week no.

The power went out from early morning on the entire hotel ( no lights, no elevator and no measures from hotel). It was a very difficult experience.

Whole package

Website said both beds would be queen beds, they were double beds, the suitcase holder in the closet was covered with splatter on the legs. Well you asked. Overall I was very happy to have stayed at this establishment.

The rooms were nice and clean. Pool and pool area was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly. Breakfast staff were an A++

As a Vegan, I did not eat their cause there is nothing I can eat, but the area was nice, and I did get coffee after I was done working out in the gym. Every one of their staff was very friendly. My room and all areas of the hostel were very clean and I will stay again when I need to go back.

Breakfast and employee (male) fantastic...both mornings.....love the room and info on walls. Especially loved that it stated: you can use a tray and take breakfast to your room! Great landscaping, love the bed coverings! Front desk gals could give little more info, especially for first timers. Had to ask, where is the elevator. They did share info about pool and hot tub. Great open entry, nicely staged, Reception employees well presented. Breakfast room, nicest I have ever enjoyed.

One more chair in room. Info at front desk: explain that there is coffee always available, just around the corner. That is so nice especially since no coffee in rooms.

Friendly staff

Room was described as a 1 bedroom king suite. This means the king is in a BEDROOM. we stayed in a STUDIO with a bed on one side and a couch against the wall directly on the other side of the room... also, there was a brown mystery fluid dripping from the fan in the bathroom onto the toilet, so whoever sat on the toilet if they unlucky enough to be on it when I dripped.... gross

Told the front desk the room wasn't as described and was told, "That's the only king suite we have" told the front desk room had disgusting brown fluid dripping from the celing and was told "I'm sorry, that's gross" and she wrote the room number down..

We liked the breakfast, the salt, water, pool, the spa, and the ability to get to Safari wildlife easily.

It would be nice if the breakfast lasted until 11 AM

Brand new Hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Haven’t seen egg white frittatas at a Hotel breakfast in a long time. The little snack shop was great too, had some very good local beer.
