The set up of the entire facility was not disabled conducive. We were on the third floor a mile from the elevator. Both my mom & I have knee issues. It wasn't at all what I expected for a disability room.

Staff was friendly. Location was good.

My room faced the front of the building. My window was open when I got there, and ALL the cigarette smoke from people smoking outside came in my room🤢 The jacuzzi was broken😭 and having an indoor pool and jacuzzi is what I always look for when traveling.

Adequate breakfast, no lines, hot water in thermos good easy to get. Management secured a room on the “good” side away from the inside and outside noise well done.

The hot breakfast was amazing. The staff were very friendly.

The pool and spa were a little run down. We had some issues in our room with the bathroom toilet not wanting to flush. It was an easy fix in the room.

The room was comfortable and clean. Very good value for money.

Breakfast was a bust. It looked like it could have been good but they were wiped out of scrambled eggs and hash browns. We were in a hurry so I grabbed a yogurt and a banan. Several people arrived just after us so I hope the cook was whipping up more

I think the shower head leaked a bit. Tuned it out pretty quickly.

they hotel was full so at times coming in late from attending wedding events there would be no parking. the floors were disgusting and desperately need cleaning throughout hotel. bathroom sink leaked and with it being in room, kept us up all night. elevator was unusually slow and didn’t work like a typically good working order elevator and it seemed a little shifty that the permit wasn’t posted conspicuously like it’s supposed to be, instead it says on file. the pool was over chlorinated and green- there was a massive amount of debris at the bottom of the pool, almost like a tree was hanging over pool but it’s indoors- very unappealing. I definitely feel I overpaid for my stay but because I was unfamiliar to area it didn’t look like there were a lot of other options. there is a lot of opportunity to do better.
