The pool area was great. Plenty of seats to choose from. Breakfast was good. Not too far from Sorrento city centre.
The hotel could do with some renovation work. It felt a bit old. Very noisy street just outside. Not a nice view from the balcony.

“Nonno” Toni was incredibly kind and helpful as were the rest of the staff. When my glasses broke on the first day they patched them up and also the staff were always on hand if there were any issues. Very clean with a lovely breakfast and a 10 min walk to the town centre. Would highly recommend.
Coming home again after a lovely week.

Breakfast was OK. Pool was OK. Hotel was clean.
Situated on busy road, narrow unsafe paths a 20min walk into centre. Staff at reception very unhelpful with transfers, very pushy about happy hour. I would definitely not recommend this hotel or stay there again. Rooms very noisy, other guests arriving back late, banging doors, shouting, hard to get a good sleep. I did complain, but again staff very unhelpful. All in all very disappointing.

It is a noisy street and very little of footpaths but absolutely amazing place to visit and every where you go is beautiful

Breakfast was good, was not able to use the pool due to weather but it looked nice. Room was clean. Complimentary drink on arrival. Staff were nice enough.
Location was a little far out. Main Road was noisy out front. The walls were very thin, not at all soundproof- we could hear people using the bathroom on floors above and there were lots of younger people at the hotel coming home late at night/early morning who were very loud, even screaming in the hallways at some points. Was difficult to get a good nights sleep here.

Balcony and view was nice. Outdoor area looked lovely so will need to come back in summer to enjoy.

This hotel was fantastic, staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast was plentiful. The hotel and rooms were clean. We were upgraded to a deluxe room. Thank you for a wonderful stay and the lovely heart shaped biscuits on Valentine's morning
A little bit of a walk from the centre but we didn't mind as the weather was nice. Tea/coffee facilities in the bedroom would be handy

The staff were friendly and helpful , room was comfortable (had a nice view from the balcony). Good breakfast, nice selection, Hotel had nice unique art selection.
The room could have been cleaner, although got better during our stay.

The hotel is very close to shops, restaurants and bars. The parking is safe and cost 20 euro/ day. Our room was a cvadruple room, but it was ok. The breakfast is very good having fresh limonade and orange juice. If you want a coffee, you have to request to the staff. The wi-fi is ok in room and the hotel.

Located right on the main road into Sorrento so traffic noise all the time. No kettle or coffee maker in the room (though there was a fridge). Room basic and quite small.

Location of this hotel was perfect. Walking distance to the trains and city centre. Beautiful pool area, rooftop terrace, great breakfast. Also has a fitness centre but we didn’t have time to use it. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Friendly staff and great pool. The dining by the pool isn’t run by the hotel and it was nice to have that option. Rooms are small but well planned for storage. Water pressure and AC were great. Breakfast was nice. AC was great!n. Nice rooftop terrace for great views.
We were in room 307 and had a large balcony but never used it because the main road was there and so incredibly loud - not relaxing at all. Was unfortunate the hotel charges for pool towels - that felt cheap. Asking for a deposit makes sense but charging to use pool towels seems cheap. Location was a 20min no walk to the main square which isn’t convenient if you’ve got a stroller and kid.
