Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Es war für jeden was dabei.
Rühreier und Omelettes wurden frisch gemacht.

Amazing hotel with stunning rooms & pool area.
The staff are really helpful and friendly.
The breakfast has a huge choice and is beautifully presented, PLUS the coffee is delicious (other hotels should take note)
Bed very very comfortable and air con quiet but effective.
Everything about this hotel is fab. Within the town of Paguera I would say it doesn't cater for vegans, there are some options at the hotel but this is just something I noticed. There is also a super Thai restaurant which has many vegan options.

The room has nice finishings. If you want privacy on your balcony get the side view, it’s also slightly cheaper than pool view. Btw, the super cheap room price has no balcony on the ground floor with bathrooms for disabilities. So consider upgrading for an extra €30/night.
Breakfast is nice they do the usual buffet but done with a attention to quality, they make these nice fruit and/or green smoothies, and the juices are all freshly squeezed. Nice touch.
The toilet/bathroom door is just opaque glass meaning that there is no sound privacy. There is a wall light by the balcony door that I banged my head about 10 times, so if your above 5’ 11 it will affect you. But overall the finishings are much nicer than the average paguera hotel, the quality can be seen in its extra star (4*) over the the 3* hotels.
I got a parking ticket outside the hotel was only gone for 5 minutes, didn’t notice the ticket for a couple of days, so it took some detective work to realise when and where the parking ticket was.

Location, relatively new hotel, helpful staff, good breakfasts
Poor cleaning - horribly dirty plates and glasses at breakfast. During our 9 days stay - the floor in our room wasn’t washed once. Bed sheets weren’t changed either. And lot’s of ants in the room.

The hotel is new and nicely done
The night staff seem very undertrained, we needed water and were rudely told we get 1 in our room - well yes but where can we get some more from/buy some more/do you have drinkable tap water? He told me that he would do me a favour by selling me a bottle of 200ml bottle of water for 5 euros. No thanks.

clean. Breakfast included a wide variety of food to select.
The facilities such the swimming pool where private and comfortable.
Recommend it for a romantic getaway!

Somehow I overlooked to book breakfast. Booking said it would be 8 Euro but it was actually 15 Euro per person per day.

Very clean, smells lovely, nice deco, good facilities & provision (in & outside rooms), great location (close to beach & shops & restaurants). Free parking close by. Didn't try the gym, steam room & sauna but available to access for free.
There was nothing that we disliked but the swimming pool could have been better...

The hotel is freshly renovated. The room was clean and pretty spacious. The hotel is not very big (for us it is an advantage), but has any facilities you would want: a small gym, sauna, 2 pools and sunbeds near them, a terrace on the roof with sunbeds, a bar and the recreation area on the ground floor.
The main city beach is located in 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel provides you with pool towels you can take to the beach too.
The hotel staff is very nice and eager to help with any questions.
