A spacious and well maintained apartment overlooking one of the pools , 5 mins walk to the nearest shopping centre , 20 mins to the town centre and a 10 minute drive to the main beaches outside town. Plenty of room for a family of four with each of the 3 bedrooms having its own ensuite bathroom . Beds comfortable , no air con but cool at night with shutters down and windows open . Wi-fi was fast and reliable enough to keep the kids happy , NETFLIX available but no UK TV channels . Kitchen OK , good fridge freezer but could do with more cutlery. Michelle was very helpful with directions and advice on shops/bars/ restaurants etc. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in a lovely party of the island.

Had a fabulous time here with a group of friends. Lovely clean and spacious with a pool virtually to ourselves all week. Peaceful yet close to all the beaches and Corralejo. We’ll definitely return again later in the year for some winter sun. Thanks for a fabulous stay.

Michelle sent lots of information and advise which was really helpful. Also arranged transfers and we were met at the villa and shown around. There were drinks in the fridge which were gratefully received. The villa was equiped with everything we needed, including towels. Would definitely recommend for a family holiday.

Wonderful place where to relax and enjoy summer during winter! Very quiet and at the same time close to the beaches and shops. We love to be here and hope to be next year! Thanks!

Whilst we enjoyed our stay at No 4, there were a couple things that let it down. We had booked the apartment for 4 weeks to accommodate anything between 2 and 5 five adults during our stay. Was disappointed to find that the glasses were a mish mash of different styles and shapes and sizes. Only two wine glasses and even these weren't a matching pair. Most of the plates were found to be chipped, There were only three small saucepans, none of which had lids and certainly not sufficient to cook a meal for 5 adults. Probably the biggest disappointment in the kitchen area was discovering that the oven did not contain any racks, meaning you were seriously restricted to what you could use it for. Not ideal when you have booked a villa for four weeks and aren't intending to eat out all the time. Don't feel the sitting/dining area area lends itself to six adults. Could also do with putting in toilet roll holders in the toilets and hooks for hanging dressing gowns. On the plus sides, all of our party commented on how comfortable the beds were. Outside Space: Unlike the inside space the terraced area at the back of the property has adequate seating and table for six adults, Only downside is, it doesn't get any sun in the winter time. Sadly the same can't be said about the terrace at the front of the property or the roof terrace which are the only areas that do get the sun at this time of year. There is no seating or table on the terrace to allow you to sit out and enjoy a coffee or drink in the sunshine. And only two sun loungers on the roof terrace. Finally its ironic the picture accompanying this review is a picture of the pool as it never looked like this whilst we were there, it was partially drained, full of leaves and debris and looked like it had been like that for some time. Sadly for us, we would not rehire the villa.

We would definately go back the appartment/complex .was modern &spacious like a home from home.With Washing machine so can pack less.with all the facility’s to cook & dine /bbq if wanted .everything you want for a relaxing stress free holiday.with all local amenities close by,just a few mins walk from supermarket ,shops& plenty of good quality restaurants that are reasonably priced .within walking distance to water park, park & local town.Beautiful pool &gardens &kept clean.We walked to the beach which was nice ,but on the last day discovered the coast with sand dunes ...just beautiful.thank you so much will save to return in the near future

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday at El Sultan. The villa was clean and spacious with everything we needed and in an excellent location. With the pool just outside the back gate it feels like you have your own pool and it was never too busy. There are some lovely restaurants in Corralejo, we especially loved El Torro Bravo and La Casita. We had a memorable day at the excellent water park and the beaches were beautiful. We would definitely consider returning. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My wife & I have just returned from Corralejo after 4 wonderful weeks in number 4 El Sultan, enjoying breakfast most mornings sitting in the sun on the front terrace. The property is ideally located next to the twin swimming pools which are surrounded with palm trees. It's a 10 minute walk to the Campanario shopping centre, where there are a host of quality shops, a decent sized supermarket & a number of cafes, bars, & restaurants. Our favorite was Board Riders, where we enjoyed excellent food & wine at reasonable prices. As we both love Spain, the Spanish & their customs, we spent the first week looking for the bar/restaurant that served the best Tapas, the result: Oscars was number 1 however, it was far more expensive than La Bodeguita, 3 Calle Lepanto { almost opposite the Shell petrol station} & Casa Domingo, 25 Calle La Milagrosa both in Old Town. The only time we felt conned: We both had a beer at the ' Cafe Bar La Plaza' & were charged an additional 2 Euros each for having the beer served in frosted glasses which we had not asked for, the guy became very aggressive when I questioned the prices. WE WILL NEVER USE THIS BAR AGAIN. We loved our stay at Number 4 & think we have found our winter holiday home in the sun, hopefully we will be returning next year. Brian

My English is not good so I will only write a few words. Facilities, cleanliness, swimming pool - at a high level. Suitable for 6 people. Quite close to everything you need - restaurant, market. The only drawback is slow internet or lack of internet sometimes. Thank you for a nice stay!

We had a lovely week. Very relaxing. Chris and Mike were very helpful and the apartment was very comfortable. Weather was lovely and the fish counter at the local supermarket was superb. We returned very rejuvenated and happy. Thank you :)

My family and I loved staying at no.4 El Sultan. We received a very warm welcome from mike and Chris and they were so helpful throughout our stay. The villa is very well equipped and having the beach towels was a great help. Saved lots of room in our luggage!! Swimming pool area is spotlessly clean and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The beach at the Riu hotels a couple of kms away (€6 in a taxi) were wonderful. White sand and crystal clear water. Lots of beach actitivies at other nearby beaches (Sup, surfing etc) The restaurants near the villa were very inexpensive and lovely food. Especially Dodos around the corner. A 10-15 minute walk to main shopping and restaurant area. The old town was nice for dining and many of the restaurants had sea views. Bring jumpers though it's cool in the evenings! Overall a very relaxing holiday and we will definitely be going back to this villa.

This was my fifth return visit to no.4. and again, it didn't disappoint. I really like the fact that everything is close enough to walk to so a hire car isn't essential. The complex is gorgeous with planting to provide areas of shade and the pool is spotless and ideal being directly in front of the terrace. Michelle is very helpful and provided lots of recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. We loved the stand up paddle boarding at the town beach and plan to snorkel next time. No.4 itself is really lovely, everything is contemporary and it feels a real treat to stay here. The downstairs bedroom is a real bonus when my mom visits as she needs her wheelchair. I am planning to return again as soon as possible. Just love this place.

Enjoyed our stay here and the 3 bed 3 bath apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. Particularly like the patio area and additonal roof terrace.The complex itself was also vey nice and the pool area had good options for full un or shade depending on your needs. The location was ideal for us, close enough to the local shopping cente (5mins easy stroll) and also the main strip and beach (15mins max) but at the same time far enough away to enjoy the peace.

If you want a retirement home for your last few years of life this complex will be perfect , but if you want to sit around the pool and have your dinner on a plate, this is not allowed, if you want to listen to music outside in the Sun this is not allowed even though jackhammers and cement mixers and stone saws are allowed. The internet is a waist of time. The apartment is of a good standard and each room has its own bathroom which is excellent and has everything you will need for a nice break. The location is good and has shops within walking distance and the beach is 20miniutes walk. All in all the property is great but the residents/ inmates that live there are a short of something to do so be quite !

We are just back from two wonderful weeks in Corralejo, staying at No4 El Sultan. This villa is lovely with everything you could need for your holiday. The property is situated right next to the spotless pool and has a good sized terrace with large table and chairs for al fresco dining, there is also a barbecue available. There is also a large roof terrace with a couple of extra sunbeds for catching the sun....A warning, it gets scalding hot up there. The villa itself is very well equipped with good quality appliances, many of them Bosch. The addition of a washing machine really helps on a family holiday. There is also a good steam iron and ironing board, and a good quality hair dryer is supplied. All of the rooms have fans which are a godsend at night as the villas on this complex don't appear to have air conditioning. Michelle has also supplied beach/pool towels as well as the normal bathroom towels, which saved us having to pack any. The villa itself was spotless thanks to Mike and Chris who look after it, and a welcome pack was arranged for us at our request. We couldn't fault anything in the villa. Chris even came round and gave us an extra hair dryer when she saw that there were four adult females in the party. My only minor niggle was that the room with the double bed, which I had to share with my daughter, had the smallest en-suite. The other two rooms have good sized bathrooms, and had I known, I would have picked one of those before the other boys and girls had nabbed the rooms with the single beds. It wasn't a major thing, but I did end up using the girls bathroom as it had much more space. The complex is at the bottom end of town just past the Campanario centre, which is about a five minute walk away. If you're not familiar with the Campanario, it has a large HiperDino supermarket and numerous other nice shops, and a fabulous Sunday morning craft market. The main town is about a twenty minute walk away or you can take a taxi from the rank at the Campanario. Taxis are very cheap, and numerous. We used them all the time to get home at night, and also to get to the fabulous Grandes Playa (Dunes Beach) which costs around €5.50. This beach is stunning and a must visit, going on for miles, with white sand and crystal clear turquoise sea. We had a fabulous holiday in Corralejo on our 9th visit and this year was absolutely perfect in every respect. This property has everything, great location, well designed & kitted out to ensure you have everything required for a great holiday. The grounds are perfectly maintained & the pool is absolutely spotless! The development is safe with access gates on both sides which keys are provided for. The pool area is also very safe with security gates also. The owners of this property were very responsive to our needs & easily contactable when required. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Corralejo.

Really enjoyed our holiday, the apartment is in a clean and tidy complex on the edge of town. The apartment itself was well maintained, the kitchen is basic but sufficient, my only comment is the cooker could do with a clean. The centre of town is a 20 minute stroll away, but there are amenities in the immediate vicinity. A bike is a great way to get around the town. The owner was very helpful, prompt responses to emails and answered all of our queries. Mike helped us with our bags and showed us to our accommodation, a good value welcome pack had been provided on request. All in all very happy and would return.

We stayed for the half term week in February 2015. The house is in a quieter part of Corralejo about 15 minutes walk from the main area. The house was absolutely spotless and well appointed. Chris and Mike were on hand if needed and were welcoming. The pool area is lovely - just a shame the weather was too cold for us to brave it! The owner was very kind in letting us stay late on the day of our departure as our flight wasn't until the evening. That was much appreciated.
