The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful with outlining on the map where we could find things. The breakfast was excellent. It offered a great variety. Love the bed and pillows

The front desk clerk who greeted us was very friendly and the dog behind the counter was a bonus. Very friendly and made us feel like home.

Staff was great and very nice

The tv and dresser are to low to the floor. Hard to use dresser when you have disabilities. The tv also low can’t see when laying down. Toilet also low hard to use with back pain

The hotel hardware facilities are very new, close to the highway, and convenient for transportation.

The breakfast was good, but a little disappointing. Items running out and awkwardly laid out. Otherwise we enjoyed it

The toilet in our room was much too low and very awkward for anyone even mildly handicapped. This might seem like s minor thing but would make us think twice about another stay.

Parking was easy and close to the entrance.

The air conditioning was blasting and there wasn’t a way to turn it off. While it was warm during the day, that was fine. But, night time was horrible. Only way to solve the issue was unplug the unit…all or nothing. All drains were clogged in the washroom, someone else’s body hair was on the shower wall.

Over priceded for the quality.

Had to run the hot water for over 15 min to get hot water to shower in the morning. The bed was not very comfortable kept waking up. The so called hot breakfast was a huge disappointment

No elevators for seniors; told if we moved to ground floor it would be more expensive. Hotel was mostly empty!!

I was shocked when I got a call to the room asking if everything was fine with the room and just call if I needed anything. Wow!!

should make it clear when you select an upper floor that there are no elevators as I was with elderly lady that could not take stairs. Was able to change to ground floor but would have liked to know in advance
