Room was spacious (my little ones enjoyed the extra space so they can run around :)) As we stayed on the back side of the building, elevators at both the front & rear of the building makes it easier & accessible to move in/out with a little one on the stroller. Location is 5-star - literally every decent restaurant in Cliftonhill is within a few mins walking distance. Wifi even limit to 5mbps i think the youtube streaming works fine for my kids.

Even room cleaning service was not covered in the rental base price & you've to pay extra ( I think $25ish /day) imho it should be considered to have it included in the base price as its always been in all the other hotels I have stayed earlier in Niagara falls region. idk if this something new. & yeah maybe a bigger tv screen :) & maybe a smart tv so we can connect youtube etc.

Das Hotel ist sehr praktisch in der Nähe der "Vergnügungsmeile" von Niagara Fall gelegen. Von hier aus ist alles, inklusive der Fälle, bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer is komplett mit Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Kaffebereiter und einer Badewanne mit Whirlpool ausgestattet. Für uns war die Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten ins Umland, bis Toronto geplant und hat dafür super funktioniert. Wenn man spät zurück kommt, gibt es in der Nähe einige Restaurants und im Erdgeschoss auch Snackautomaten,sowie Eis. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer an sich hat etwas gerochen, was aber von der Klimaanlage kam und mit der Zeit besser wurde. Die Klimaanlage ist relativ laut gewesen, glücklicherweise konnten wir sie aber nachts abschalten. Insgesamt ist es etwas abgewohnt und könnte eine Reovierung vertragen. In Sachen Sauberkeit besteht etwas Optimierungsbedarf.

Room was clean. Not a fancy room but clean enough. Location of this hotel is great. 15 minutes walk to Niagara Falls. Safe to walk even on late night. All activities are nearby and surrounded by restaurants.

The bald customer service man who works at night is little rude which I didn't like.

Problem with the booking when we first arrived, it was fixed quickly at no extra cost but needed to show proof of the confirmation to fix it.

Room was not clean. There was garbage including a pill in the floor. There was yogurt or something similar spilled down the side of the night stand. There was left over food in the fridge.

Rooms had really bad smells

Great location. Coffee and water available in the lobby was a nice surprise.

Paying for parking but it was more reasonable than other hotels.

Very clean. Large rooms. Two king sized beds. Great location - on main strip of restaurant precinct. Within walking distance to Niagara Falls.

No porter service or assistance with bags. Only one disabled parking bay which was closed on our stay. Additional fees for parking. Very poor, slow and small lifts that could not cater for occupants. Very frustrating trying to secure lift let alone have room for a trolley with luggage. Lots of rules and behaviour policies throughout the building. Lots of cameras - big brother watching. Old 70s decor of orange walls. Customer service only fair. No additional information or help provided. Extra charge for daily housekeeping. Also if you want towels or toilet paper you need to go to reception and get them yourself. If new linen was required it was a Do It Yourself arrangement - you strip beds, you bag linen and leave outside front door. Rubbish also to be bagged outside front door on designated days. Extremely poor considering the cost of stay.
