El hotel los jabones de baño estaba abiertos y uno tenia pelos y si tu habitación estas en la orilla del elevando cambiate porque no bas a dormir ese ruido que hace tan fuerte no te deja dormir

Really close to the falls, beautiful and safe location. Great service and cleaned room.
Just one thing. Was my dad’s birthday, I asked if it was possible to do a short decoration according to the date (cause close to the locations is not easy to find this things) but the staff refused to do, cause “they don’t offer this service”… it could improve my experience.

The location was amazing, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable (with a large selection of pillows of various firmness - can’t go wrong!)
The walls were paper thin, so you could hear EVERYTHING in neighboring rooms and in the hallway. Now, Niagara being the honeymoon capital of the world… it might not be related, but it’s a G-rated way to describe the situation. One in our group had VERY ENTHUSIASTIC ‘honeymooners’ next door and got literally no sleep (they went for hours, and excessively loudly, both nights). The breakfast area is too small for the size of the hotel, so plan on that possibly being an issue. Front desk staff could be friendlier - they were ok, but not the epitome of hospitality, more like ‘fine, since you’re already here, I’ll do my job, but don’t expect me to pretend I’m happy about it’.

Beds and pillows were very hard. Noise from room above terrible. Had to pull door handles up not push down. Pool was cold. No Shower pressure at all.

As camareiras não arrumaram o quarto durante nossa estadia, não sei se na atualidade é assim que funciona, mas sempre espero que o quarto seja arrumado num hotel. Na entrada do quarto, no corredor, havia algumas manchas na parede. E devido a piscina, o chão do elevador estava sempre com poças de água no chão.

The breakfast was OK on the first day. But the rest of our mornings the sausage was not cooked all the way and we had to wait for breakfast. Tables were dirty and we had to clean ours before sitting down to eat.

The two women who checked us in the night we arrived were lovely. However the room was not
Overly clean. Hairs in the sink the bathroom door was dirty the toilet leaked. The handle to the closet door was broken. Tub and shower were dingy. The body wash in the shower was disgusting like a watery liquid. Upon entering the room there was a heavy perfume scent very strange. 11 pm knock on the door from house keeping which I didn’t order. Had the wrong room and as we were leaving fire alarms went off because the ice machine was being fixed and all the dust in the small room triggered the alarms. Not a good stay.

The reception staffs ,not all, were not so welcoming. They seem uninterested in welcoming the guests and unprofessional. It was not a great experience!

The breakfast was very minimal, the hotel seemed very dirty as far as the hallway, elevator. Our room had dust on the lamps, nightstand and in the bathrooms. There was hair left on the bathroom walls. Overall was not very clean for a hotel

Just a 10-min walk to the Niagara Falls, the location is perfect. There is ample parking too. And, the concierge is very helpful. A huge casino is close by for those interested!

The TV didn't work, however, the nice attendant who waited on us put us into a different room. In that room, there was NO shower water pressure. There was another very young woman attendant who was very rude to me, but the nice lady took care of everything.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating when I need anything. They also were friendly in the hallways as well.
The showers had mold in the showers that you can rub off in the grout with minimal scrubbing, and the base felt like I needed to step on a rag while showering it was also dirty. Also when they have signs all over about placing towels on floor if you want more this is false . I asked if someone would be around to clean room and was told every 3 days and they do t make the beds or give new towels you have to get more from the front desk if needed and stick your trash and towels outside your room on the floor. The pool was very cloudy.

The water pressure in our room was not good and my sisters room I booked had great water pressure. You would think I paid over $3000.00 for 2 rooms we would both have good water pressure and the maintenance man just blew us off. My husband before he became disabled was in that position and he knew exactly what to do and they wouldn’t do it. So was very disappointed in that.

The lobby toilets aren't attached properly. Our toilet was clogged before we even got into the room. They gave us a kitchen plunger to fix it ourselves. The air conditioning units had parts sticking out of the bottom of it.
