elevator really slow. expensive for budget hotel, but I guess that's because the location is so good.

Breakfast was basic with cold boiled eggs and toast or waffles. Lots of coffee and fruit juice. Staff were great and stored our baggage after check out for several hours.

Noisy guests woke me up several times. Walls are paper thin so other guests voices can be listened to during night. Lots of road noise, windows need double glazing. Poor finishing of plaster wall panel joints. Looks tacky. Not very good value for money.

The location to the cruise terminal was very good for easy access the morning of our cruise. There was a good pharmacy one block away and it was a short walk to good shops and restaurants along Robson Street.

We really only required a comfortable bed (which it was), a bathroom and proximity to the cruise terminal - the room met these expectations. It was just a very high price for what we got.

Problem getting the door to lock so we had to move rooms. Then our new room had a problem with the water draining after a shower. Gross!

Price was below or at others in similar location, bed extremely uncomfortable, bathroom fan roars, lighting marginal.. Room did not equal other Days Inn but at a higher price point.. Chosen for its walking distance, but would not return during any future travels. Expected more from Wyndham.

Staff was very friendly. Check-in process was smooth and easy; room was ready early so that was extremely helpful.

Hallways and rooms were very dark. While the rooms were clean (I think since the lighting was so poor, it was hard to confirm) the room was old, run down and the location is very loud. The furniture was wobbly and the microwave did not work. There is only one small, slow elevator. Do not recommend.

Rooms were tiny. AC unit was not working and was blowing hot air. Couldn’t open window because it was in an alleyway.

The location was excellent its a very short walk to Canada Place and Downtown Vancouver. Functional hotel with a simple breakfast included. Bed was comfortable.

The room was really small and a bit dingy. There was air conditioning but it was loud so we couldn't leave it on at night. Could have done with a long mirror. Cost wise I think it was pricey for the room

Location and friendly staff

Room was clean. Staff were accommodating letting us keep our bags at reception on our check out day until we left town.

Room felt a bit like a prison cell. Only one small elevator, very difficult to catch a ride down with our suitcases as housekeeping were using it all morning.

Breakfast was ok! Location was great for walking to Canada Place.

The room was literally the smallest hotel room we've ever been in. Very dated hotel. Thankfully it was a last minute one night stay. Never again.

a bit rough around the edges. possibly in the midst of a refit. gaping hole in the hallway where the ice machine once sat. several doorways had locks missing. felt safe enough just a little unusual.
