No glasses or cutlery available- breakfast with plastic knives and spoons etc. Very busy. Slow elevator.

Break Fast Was Good enough. Omletes can be added to the breakfast.

The staff is not very friendly, they did not help me with the inconveniences that I presented with currency exchange and it was very annoying that after charging me before entering the room at the end of the stay they did not let me leave because according to them there were problems with the payment that I had been debited from the first day of my card. The jo staff gave me solutions, they did not try to help me because I did not fully understand what was happening and I spent hours in the lobby communicating with my bank and they with their manager, as if that were not enough they have charged me additionally and they try to charge me again and again in my account that they blocked it. this is very unpleasant. and be careful with the elevators, I was locked up twice, terrifying.

The stuff need to know the value of smiling, as if they were doing us a favour by being there. The restaurant needs to have more halal option considering the demographic of Mississauga

The bed was bad. It was a spring bed, and it was squiking. Wasn't good for my lower back.

The hotel should have informed us that they were housing floor-fulls (large groups) of refugees. I fully empathise but I should be able to choose the type of experience of my stay. One staff member kept staring at me and asking me if I was part of the refugee group. Another staff member kept staring during breakfast so I left to avoid such questions. As a result of the situation there were over 10 security guards in the hotel which again didn't give it a warm feel at all and made it feel uncomfortable like you're always being watched. Again, guests should be informed about this prior to checking in. I cut my stay short and moved to another nearby hotel.

The location was perfect, and it's close to a neighborhood mall and many amenities. Secondly, breakfast is simply amazing with lots of options The proximity to the highway and airport were a plus

The floors were hardwood and you don't have that luxurious feelings, as the floor were hard on your feet when you attempt to walk indoors with only socks on your feet and as such you're forced to wear your shoes indoors even when going to bed. Soundproofing were poor as could hear everyone conversation while walking through the hallway. If you have to use the sofa bed, then you'll be left with no space , even to open the door while the sofa bed is set is a difficult task

Staff were pleasant. Room was clean and quiet. Lots of selection for breakfast. Location was close to highway

Booked a junior suite with pull out couch. Room did not have pillows or duvet for pull out. The floor had been installed poorly with huge gaps in between planks. No light switches, so difficult to find lights when first enter room. From breakfast, the hot breakfast items were cold.

1st someone stolen 2 of my rings ,no one sorted even they don't say sorry or anything very rood. 2nd in 6 days never hover or clean dust. Only chenge bathroom towel. 3rd very cold room asking for duvet 3 day in roll they bring me only last day 🙈🙈🙈 4.to far from Toronto. Better to pay extra money for close to town. Is 10 dollars take taxi to the station. Then another 13 Dollar per person for day for train. Never ever worse hotel I found1👎
