Breakfast facilities could improve with increased space. The selection was adequate! The pancake machine, while a great idea, is very slow - why not serve them fresh?
While this is completely based on a person's neighbors - Planning out rooms for family area vs young adults may help with noise complaints.

The quick check in... the foyer, breakfast , beds were comfy and parking was easy,friendly staff.
Elevator was long... view from window ( however location was not for the view but for travel convenience)

Comfortable and clean. Good location. Room well stocked.
Don't miss the entrance turn...its a headache to get back to enter the parking lot if you miss it the first time. My partner felt the room smelt a little stale but I did not notice. It did not affect our stay. It was a little noisy due to lots of families with children but nothing terrible.

There was super smell in basement I wasn’t expecting room will be in basement first time I have seen rooms in basement I paid for hotel and still I have to stay in basement that’s I don’t liked it.

Parking. When we came back, there was NO parking available & we ended up parking about 1/2 km away on the side of a road.

keys didn’t work first time for our room , bed was exceptionally uncomfortable woke throughout the night with sore back, and stayed sore for rest of the day
