O hotel tem estacionamento. A recepção é muito bonita e grande. O quarto tem um bom tamanho e o chuveiro é muito bom. Existe um frigobar no quarto.
A localização não é tão perto do aeroporto, mas existe um shuttle para te levar até o aeroporto. O preço é caro.

Due to outage of booking system I was unable to check in and staff took my contact information to issue me a refund and I still have not been issued a refund for a room I did not stay in. I was stranded in Vancouver overnight unexpectedly was only checking into the hotel after 1am checking out before 7am and paid in advance online.
Still no refund staff took my name number email and that it was through booking.com

the room had large marks on the walls from a water leak. it looked like the hotel tried to cover them but they did a poor job. also, we had a few pieces of furniture missing in our room. we traveled with friends and they had a TV console and a coffee table. we didn't even have a luggage rack and had to deal with the suitcase laying on the floor.
the hotel restaurant was another disappointment. For breakfast, the coffee pods were empty, a waiter brought a wrong dish, etc.

The location and room is acceptable.
The airport shuttle services is very very poor. Especially the trip from airport to hotel. I followed all their instruction to wait at the airport arrived level 3 airport shuttle pick up area for more than one hour. There was no traced of the shuttle. I called the shuttle courtesy phone code *15 and 604-214-0888 by paid phone. No one pick up the phone after a very very long voice message. I asked Quality Vancouver Airport hotel's driver too as they have mentioned their shuttle runs between Grand Park and Quality Vancouver Airport Hotels. The driver asked us to wait since the shuttle comes every half an hour. I saw lots of shuttles come and go but no Grand Park Hotel. At last I took a taxi and costed me CAN$30. So I had to ask the hotel to reimburse the cost to me. The whole night was destroyed standing in the shuttle pick up area and run in and out to the courtesy phone. The biggest confusion the hotel created is that the name of Grand Park Hotel did not list on the courtesy phone. Before their name is Four Point Sheraton and they did not updated it. Grand Park Hotel did not perform a minimum service to the hotel guest that makes me very angry. Please arrange the refund of CAN$30 to my credit card. I already lodged my complaint to the receptionist he just said his manage was on leave. I don't think they can ignore my complaint and avoid the compensation to me.

Price was great and the airport shuttle
The TV remote wouldn’t work and I calmed down no one came on phone after 10
Minutes so I used my cell to call and they said some one would be there in10-15 and at 30 I called back and was told didn’t get the message and alone so won’t happen. I was grounded from flight that couldn’t land and wanted to see then news and weather so at midnight I said forget it! I called again in morning and it was finally rectified. The room was so cold and I’m always hot! Thermostat said 75 and I was so cold I took quilt off the other bed. They said some one was coming to work on the heating. Also a window as stuck open and there were
Extreme winds. Then at 6 am the alarm has be set by some one else and awoke me. Just over all not great! But clean and staff were pleasant… just not efficient

Our room was clean. The staff were efficient.
The hotel and our room were cold and hence uncomfortable. The heating system in our room did not work properly and the window latch was broken so a small cold draft was present.
The restaurant was short staffed and very chilly.

Didn’t like only paper cups in room, not china, and only 2 teabags and creamer… but shop a short walk away, and restaurant kindly lent a china cup.

Location is definitely great.
Since the hotel is no longer with Marriott and now it is privately run, the staff and housekeeper are not as attentive as before.

Shower didn’t work properly. Turned on tap. Hot water came out before cold. Couldn’t turn off and burnt my arm.
