Overall we had a good experience at this location. The property is in a very nice area. The outdoor hot tub was great! The convenience store nearby has all that one might need in less than 5 min drive. Very clean and well maintained. Though there is room for improvement.

There were a few details that could significantly enhance the guest experience if improved upon: 1) the garbage can in the kitchen didn’t have a lid which left the garbage (and smells) exposed. 2) there is no working speaker system. There was a unit which was extremely old and didn’t even turn on. Had we not brought our own speakers we were doomed to spend our entire 4 days with no music. 3) the tv and the tv room are very small! (32”) we were only 4 ppl but this could have become an even bigger problem for larger groups trying to enjoy a movie 4) putting a tv on the main floor would be a nice addition ( i.e. watching a movie by the fire place) 5) the hot tub location is too close to one of the rooms in the lower level which makes sleeping in that room inconvenient due to the sounds/noises from the always-on unit.
