I did not get an invoice.

Dinner was good, but there was no choise. Just omelette and some fruits. No cheese, no fresh vegetables. For this price could be better ;-)

Location was fine. I room coffee was terrible. Would be nice if there had been 2 separate chairs instead of 1

South road entrance to the hotel was in horrendous condition. Don,t know whether it was town or hotel problem but does need to be addressed

Air in the pool room was on the cooler side Hot tub was not available

had an issue with our room but the staff rectified it quickly and our stay was great

The ONLY thing we liked about this Hotel was the Location and 2 Front Desk Staff

First we reserved our room 10 days prior to coming and asked that our room be close to the elevator as I have mobility issues but we were given a room at the VERY end of the hall, not even close to it at all. Then once we entered our room we found a VERY Small TV, my Computer Monitor is bigger. And our main stay was because we like to enjoy the Pool and Hot Tub during the day and then our event was in the Evening but we were stocked to find out that the Hot Tub was out of order and we were only able to stand the Pool for only 20 mins because it was so COLD. Then every day as you enter or leave the Hotel you are greeted to mud in and inside on the floors and we stayed here for 3 full days and it was NEVER cleaned up. Then on day 2 as we left the Hotel for lunch I asked the lady at the front desk if we could get some fresh towels but upon returning it wasn't done, then we left again to go shopping and returned again 2 hours later to find none, so I called and a new lady was working the front desk and she said nobody said anything so she finally got us some clean towels, so at least someone was finally doing something there. And in the end I emailed the owner of this place 4 times and its 2 weeks later and still NO response. So BEWARE of this Hotel, I will NEVER stay here again.

The breakfast was great ! Lots of options to choose from. Rooms were comfortable and close with the others we stayed with.

The hot tub did not work and the staff memebers were not the nicest
