Property lobby/restaurant was nice.

Rooms very outdated, no microwave. Definitely not sound proof rooms. Breakfast was not worth $11.99 I would suggest the hotel has it complimentary. We took one look and turned around. I mean some might enjoy it but it wasn’t worth paying that for.

This has been a brutal stay. The first room we were put in, opened up into the lobby? What a weird and bizarre concept. It was so loud and obnoxious because of the bar. We were moved to a different room on the second floor. Cleaning is poor. There is literally juice splattered on the wall (already checked to make sure it wasn’t blood). There is women’s makeup on the door frame. After a day out, we came back to the hotel around 4pm. We shared the elevator with a cleaner who had her phone on speaker, arguing with someone, and then was yelling down the hallway at someone. When we got to our room, it hadn’t been made up. When we called the front desk, we were told that was policy unless otherwise requested. Where is this policy posted? There’s nothing in the rooms that shows this. Definitely last time staying here.

I have stayed there a couple of times and have had good experiences. I will stay there again!!!!!!!
