Pool, gym, and breakfast!!!

Only 1 elevator was running

Very comfortable. Like the breakfast.

Water slide was so much fun. Shower was great. Breakfast was really good but we were looking for bacon!

Rooms were clean, breakfast was awesome and the kids were in love with the pool/slide/splash pad combo

Sadly the heating/cooling unit in our room was extremely loud when it came on and almost sounded broken and woke us several times through the night

cleanliness, hotel amenities and close to restaurants and shops

the use of stanchions to block off the tables and chairs after breakfast and before the bar opened and then again after bar closed. There was no where to sit and chat with friends when the bar was closed. It’s ridiculous to not be able to sit on the sofa or chairs right beside the lobby if the restaurant/bar is closed.

The service at breakfast area was extremely nice and helpful.

The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable! The staff was friendly and the room service was delicious and affordable! We liked the splash pad area

The pool was VERY crowded with children getting hurt and parents not paying attention. There should be a limit, I was told there were 400 people there and it was very over crowded causing unsafe conditions. I understand it was March break and there were teams in town but we specifically chose your hotel for the pool and we didn’t get to enjoy it. We would have much rathered have been given a time where we could go and enjoy it. Something should be done about this, it was very disappointing.

Great room. Breakfast was kept full and hot. Restaurant accommodated my mother odd diet.
