It was a beautiful hotel and Staff were very friendly and location was amazing. We were welcomed by lovely staff who gave us maps and ideas of things to do.

The Wifi didn’t work in our room and the casting/ screen mirroring was unavailable even though there was a pamphlet in the room walking you through it and promoting it, when it didn’t work I called the guest help desk and they just said it wasn’t working right now. I used a lot of data because the wifi wouldn’t reach our room for a hotel that has a lot of business people I was surprised by that.

Location is good, staff are nice

The hotel room is not soundproofed at all. You can literally hear every single word said by one on the hallway. Really disturbing.

Sinceramente que uno se siente en casa , algo muy cómodo , hermoso siempre estoy pendiente de la Limpieza y eso me asombró pues es súper aseado , localizado en muy buen lugar todo donde iba súper cerca volvería a estar allí sin dudarlo y podría recomendarlo .

El parqueadero muy complicado y el que ofrece el hotel es un poco alto su precio 😫

The staff was extremely kind and courteous. Hotel is amazing for families travelling with teens. Very well located

This property is the nicest stylish hotel in the city. The atmosphere makes it worth a visit. The staff are incredible and willing to do anything to help make your stay perfect. Special shout out to Caleb for going extra and beyond for us.
