The suite, the breakfast, the staff and the location

This was our third stay at the BI, in a Signature Suite. We love the location, the beds, the space, the balconies, the easy access to towels and bath products and more. Staff is friendly and the place seems and feels safe and secure. We'll be back. One beef: I feel the gym, while very well-equipped for cardio workouts, comes up very short for weight trainers. There's just one bench and it's flat. No adjustment. The dumbbells are outdated. Some kind of multi-station machine thing would be great. For example a lat pulldown/cable row machine, a chest/shoulder press machine, a hamstring curl/leg extension machine etc. Maybe a few mats? Resistance training is proven to be effective for fitness, longevity, strength, flexibility and more. Please consider bringing some new/better equipment in!

The water pressure in the shower. We should have let the desk know right away but we let it go because it wasn't THAT big a deal.

it was very close to the destination. room was clean and good but bot for what i paid.

staff and no parking is available. I was charged 30$ for the overnight parking and the entrance was asked to come from the back door.

1) Allowed for check in earlier than the normal check in time (4 pm). 2) Breakfast was good and had good variety.

1) WiFi was bad and very slow 2) Impossible to order taxi service 3) Beds were saggy and very uncomfortable

The room was large, clean and comfortable. There was an extra towel for my long hair and that was a nice treat. The staff were wonderful.

There was only one elevator and the wait was long. I use a cane so I was unable to use the stairs. They are working on the elevators to update them so I am sure next time I stay they will have them fixed.

very spacious room, well located.

They said that they had local private parking, but their parking is VERY limited and when running out of spots, you have to go to an external parking which is 700m-800m away. It is not that far, but since my wife has temporary reduced mobility, it was a bit of a challenge for us to hear that just at the hotel. I wish I had been told about this when I asked the hotel about parking days before my trip.

This is probably the best bang for your buck downtown Ottawa for a room équipes with a kitchen, a place to eat and a living room than can fit the family

The property is a little old, but it allows to have decent price downtown Ottawa.

The location is great. The staff is very friendly. Good size suite with lots of room and amenities. Very good experience. 👍

The elevator . Only one elevator was working.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Lots of TV channels in a variety of languages. Nice to have computer in room but it was very slow.

Felt the room could have a few pictures on the wall that would give it a bit more color and character. My windows overlooked the parking lot and another apartment building so kept the curtains closed. Bath tub seemed old and shower didn't have much water pressure. Couch wasn't comfortable. Hotel lobby small and unattractive. Had to pay $100 damage deposit which I'll get back 5 days after I've checked out.

Big room with sleeping area and living room/kitchen space. Great cooking facilities like microwave, oven, stove, fridge, etc. We could reheat our leftovers from lunch and dinner which was great. They even had a desktop computer in the room? (Hilarious). Bed was super comfy with extra pillows in the closet. Great location, right on main business strip. Lots of restaurants in area. Staff were top notch and breakfast was amazing.

Not much to gripe about. Thanks for a great stay!

All good, no complaints

Liked the breakfast. It was also central to our agenda. Liked the parking spaces as well. The staff also provided a cot for us on short notice which was great.Much thanks.
