Very nice hotel and in a very good location, nearby some restaurants and pubs. The room was very clean and comfortable.

1) The breakfast was terrible.
2) They did not apply Booking Discount. I had a discount for this room on booking. They charged fool price.

Checking in was smooth, easy and super friendly. Having the hotel remember little details such as extra pillows and towels was refreshing. First handi accessible room that I was able to stay in and feel comfortable and get around (including the bathroom)!
Breakfast was very good and the host was kind enough on our check out to grab some fruit for me as I missed breakfast but needed fruit for medical reasons.
I would definitely stay here again!
Bathtub plastic bar should not be considered a bar to use to get you in/out of tub. It clearly is loose but if you don't know, you won't know. Signage on this would be beneficial - not a support bar.

Not enough space for the amount of people staying in the hotel
The housekeeper knocking on our door at 10am was a little stupid.

Staff were friendly & helpful. It was so great we decided to stay one more night. Front desk was happy to help us with that. The pool was fabulous & we enjoyed it a lot. Our room was spacious & comfortable. Breakfast was great although getting down there before 9:30 was a bit of a task.
Location was a little awkward but we finally figured it out.

The pool was unreasonably cold :( I booked this hotel with the intent on spending time with my kids in the pool and it was so cold that I couldn’t.

Rooms are quiet, beds are comfortable. The hotel was full with kid’s baseball teams. It was loud in the lobby, at breakfast and outside but quiet in the room.
The breakfast. No gluten free options at all other than a banana and yogurt. There are lots of gluten free granola bars etc at grocery stores that have long shelf life so they could have something available. Parking lot is way too small.

Front reception staff was excellent. Room was very nice and comfy. Coffee station had sink and dishes as well.
Pool was very cold. My parents room wasn’t made up, but they did rectify it quickly.

The beds we’re comfortable.
Doors squeaked, air conditioning only in one side of the room and extremely noisy. Fairly dirty, especially when I dropped something behind the couch and had to move it.
Definitely showing it’s age. Hot tub not working properly. Pool area not very clean.
Breakfast was not great. Eggs were runny, sausages were gross and apple juice tasted weird.

Breakfast had sausages, eggs, hash browns & mini pancakes on top of the regular cereal, oatmeals, bagels, toast and English muffin available! Loved that there was almond milk available for those of us lactose intolerant. Breakfast was delicious!

The hotel was clean and well taken care of. Staff friendly.
There is no parking. The parking lot is so small that we had to park on the street and my husband and I are both disabled so that was very difficult to deal with.

nothing really it was just not what we expected.
The blonde with the ponytail with red glasses was very rude. I’m not sure if it was because we were Native American because she sure treated the person in front of us with red and consideration. they were Caucasian people.
