Very noisy, the building was very dated. Lots of people hanging out in and around building. Looked like spit on the wall in the room.

Location and fact that Denny’s was on site.

Parking was terrible-only Handicap parking stall on the front but only stairs to get in. Had to park in rear where ramp was and door was locked in the evening. Located next to a liquor store and pot shop so lots of strange people hanging around. We had our service dog so needed a pet room. Never ever stayed in a pet room that you could tell it was a pet room before we even got there. Chairs and bed skirts LOADED with fur. Room awkward to get a wheel chair in and out. Was a room with adjoining room door. On the other side there was a dog that whined and barked when left alone. People were obviously very ill and kept standing by the door a coughing a lot. Mentioned it to front desk and they did not care. Told “Your on the dog floor what do you expect “. Thought about using the pool until a group of unruly kids went in, screaming and yelling and no parents seen. The noise and running up and down the hallway continued all evening. At 10 PM we went to check the pool to find this group had thrown everything in the room into the pool! Life saver rings, chairs etc. and they were still screaming and the entire room was soaked. Told the front desk and the response was “Well they are guests in the hotel too security will be in at 10:45 and can deal with them. Security only in every 2 hours.“ Noise continued until 2:00 AM with kids knocking on doors on several floors.

bugs ang flies all over the room. reported to the front desk but nothing happend. they just told me they were sorry. hallways are so stinky.

it felt like a maze to get to our room, and in our room it smelt like smoke and cigarettes. the Ac also had a terrible buzzing sound all night.

breakfast was adequate. selection was good. location was very convenient.

toilet was not bolted to the floor on either side of the base as the floor seemed to be rotted away. top of wall behind toilet is suffering from water damage and needs repairs. service in the restaurant was slow and the waitress was not well acquainted with spoken english. she just needs more time to get a handle on the job.located
