When we arrived it took 20 minutes before an employee showed up to check us in. The bathroom sink in our room didnt drain.

the parking area didn’t seem secure even though I didn’t experience any problems

it was clean, organized and accommodating for guests. good location next to a Safeway so we got good food, not just fast food. LOVED THE STAFF!! they were all so nice and kind. the overnight guy unclogged our toilet at 3:00am and didn’t wake anyone else up. Evening staff was kind and thoughtful as well. thank you for a wonderful experience while we found a tree for Christmas 🎄

the sink had a whole in the side but when addressed, the staff already knew about it and assured us we would not be charged. breakfast was in a good location as well.

This was a great location for a 19 day stay and was very good as far as Best Westerns go. It felt safe and clean and I enjoyed the breakfast every morning. I had a couple of minor hiccups (dead smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night, towels being shorted, staff unable to help with change for the washer / dryer) but everyone there was as responsive and helpful as they could be. I would stay here again if in the area.

Workout most of the workout equipment was broken down.

I had to leave at 6 AM, an hour before breakfast was available, but I appreciated the "grab and go" sack breakfast that was waiting for me when I checked out.

The price was outrageous

I missed breakfast, due to being in town for 5K mud run… but from what I heard from other family members, they enjoyed it. Employees went above and beyond to “make it right”, when it came to concerns about our room when things were missed by cleaning staff

Cleaning staff, needs to make sure they pay more attention, and not to cut corners when cleaning up rooms. People travel with babies, and some corners cut make it unsafe for littles.

The breakfast was great.

Room floor was dirty.

Room was clean, the bed was comfortable and night staff are very helpful.

Guest guide needs updated and the WiFi had poor connection.

I love the staff they were all very friendly and helpful they had a very clean and comfortable swimming pool and Jacuzzi and the building itself was clean the maids were very nice and I just had an overall great stay

Comfortable bed, gal at front counter was very friendly.

Room not fully cleaned, grocery basket left in room from previous occupants, chunks of dirt all over the floor, no new soaps in room, but the old ones were still in the shower from the previous occupants, completely broken shower head.

Nice rooms a little pricey
