Had to walk a couple blocks to get to the office to check in. Loud refrigerator at night

Sheldon and housekeeping were great. Well stocked with kitchen utensils. Nice view.

Tiny room, not sufficient computer work area, rough old towels and only 2, cheap brick pillows. only one side table so you have to reach over your company to access cell phone, chargers etc . weak shower pressure. Thin ceilings, upstairs guests kept us up till 4am. lots of annoying signs. Pet area was not great and no poop bags refilled. Extremely difficult to watch local channels. No ESPN. another guest’s Amazon account still logged on. depressing lighting for a “boutique” with Don Cesar prices. conditioner dispenser contents look unappealing for something you would put in your hair. just a motel with beach access. certainly not boutique.

the staff was amazing very helpful , fast responding to my needs , they were very welcoming from the staff that checked me in I believe his name was tyrel to the young man who came immediately after I let them know my tv wasn’t working and fixed the problem who name I think was Sheldon ( I could be wrong) who felt like I was talking to a old friend who also gave me a free late check out I really appreciated that it was very clean and comfortable also quiet and relaxing I rented the penthouse it’s spacious with all the amenities to kick back relax and enjoy THANK YOU BAYVIEW WATER RESORTS

what an exceptional surprise! the size, the beautiful natural light, the balconies, the manatees coming up to the dock, the feeling of the penthouse was like stepping back into one of my old lofts, it was so spacious and welcoming

it was too close to the main road and very exposed. We did not feel safe.

It did not include breakfast, I like quite at bed time the bay view was fantastic. The TV did not work for 24 hours due to a short circuit but I will still recommend it because it was super nice.

Extra blankets for the sofa bed. There was no music playing by the pool

Nice location. Equipped kitchen. Fairly quiet despite its location on busy road.

I expected more: tiny bathroom, the fridge froze everything inside despite setting it low- we had soda cans explode and frozen milk every day. View of the parking lot was not very pleasant. Not really what I call a "resort".
