Comfortable, clean, and friendly and helpful staff.
Prices at the Keg were a bit high.

The location, breakfast and dining options were superb! The rooms are good, but I wouldn't say great. But they are priced accordingly.

Location and the friendliness of staff.
Breakfast was a total disaster. Waited for 15 mins to be seated then found there were 16 tables empty waiting to be cleared. Not enough staff to cope. Buffet area a shambles with spilt food everywhere. No white bread, no pastries. Cold food. Worse breakfast we have ever had in a hotel. The following day we ate elsewhere.

Location was great and lots of easy access
Bed and pills were not as comfortable as the last time.
Also TV in room was not working as it should.
Fridgiator was really and was not able to watch movies when we wanted to rent. TV features were not available in the room. Phones were suppose to hook up to TV and they did not tell us unavailable

Outdated facilities and was assigned a rather small room -half the size of what normally it should be.

Room was clean and everything functional. The swimming pool was clean and good to have chairs/tables on the sides. Hotel location is convenient access to many stores and restaurants. Staffs were friendly/professional.
The TV remote was sticky, didn't work well. The treadmill in exercise room was missing the emergency stop latch. I didn't like idea of paying for parking at hotel. Had to wait in line for breakfast, then was charged extra/mandatory tipping 18% for having 6 people.

Location is great. Close to lots of fun things in the downtown core
Pillows were very fluffy. Felt like I was sleeping on the mattress itself. Memory foam or firmer pillows would be awesome

I loved how the property was clean and tidy and how friendly the staff was.
Our bathroom contained no fan or ventilating system.

Rooms are very small and old. The pillows are not comfortable.

Excellent location, hotel was clean and suit was spacious for our family of 5. Gym and pool area were very nice with beautiful views. There’s a Starbucks and Keg restaurant in the lobby also which was convenient. of course price seemed pricy however it’s downtown Calgary and was compote other hotels in the area.

A confirmed booking cancelled at the last minute so luckily during stampede the westin still had a room available. The staff were extremely helpful and it was easy to get the train to the stampede from here. We were also very close to the centre of town with lots of fun bars.
The bathroom is extremely small and given the small rooms and bathroom very expensive for what it is.
