Everything the staff are terrible, expect to be charged twice for your room. When you call for a refund they wont be able to help you.

Fairly new hotel with exceptionally clean rooms/bathrooms…breakfast was delicious

Swimming pool was under maintenance…wish they would have a message before hand on the site as to what facilities are available or not

I liked that the room we had was large.

The toilet in our room was not working properly. we tried to fix it ourself and after several calls, the front desk manager came and added wd-40 and eventually it started working. they tried to move us to the ONKY ‘same’ room available but it was half the size. the breakfast space was crowded and not a good space to accommodate a full hotel.

I booked a king suite with a pull out couch, I was travelling with my adult daughter and her husband. Our room did not have a pull out couch, they offered a cot for an adult?? My daughter and her husband had to pay for another room and although they got a discount it was still $200.00 more than we should have spent.

Breakfast was excellent . The 2 breakfast attendants in the front were excellent , polite and hard working, very welcoming.

Room is too small , bathroom tap not working well , just drips of water but since we’re only staying for one night we didn’t bother to get your attention.

not clean around outlets, light switches. no conditioner in shower.

comfortable and excellent breakfast, staff around the 9:00pm shift time of night were excellent. kind to me and my dog.

shower hand held nozzle was in usable as it was spraying out the handle bottom not the head. - the hot and cold water were mixed up on the shower so it was freezing at the H for hot level and vice versa. - there wasn’t a lot of green space for pets to walk the dog
