The double bed was comfortable. Lovely newly renovated bathroom.
Checked in with feces on the outside of the toilet. My Mum is partially disabled and I was told there were 6 stairs to come up for breakfast. That was not the case there was another lot of stairs. Therefore, she couldn’t get up all the stairs to get breakfast. One of the beds had not been changed from the previous stay. Dirty cutlery, sponges and dust. Margaret is not an approachable person and likes to argue with her guests. I wish that I had looked on other sites to see the reviews if this place. I was told a 5 minute walk to the The Quay which was also a lie. Even if Mum was not in the wheelchair it still would take much longer to walk there. No view.

Margaret was just the best!!! The breakfast was so yummy and the entire experience was dynamic! The location was perfect and we were able to walk to the waterfront and marina. Such an incredible time!

Margaret personally prepared our breakfasts, they were delicious, we are vegetarian and she happily accommodated our diet. She is also very personable and informative, gave us great recommendations for how to spend our days.
It's an older property, but that was more than made up for by the location, comfort and the hostess.

The location was good. We enjoyed our tiny balcony that had a nice view.
Too, too many steps! We couldn't carry our luggage up to the 2nd floor so we lived out of our car trunk using shopping bags to carry what we needed each day! Also, the owner, Margaret tried to be nice but she acted like a mother hen - very pushy and forward! We tried to avoid her as much as possible.

Margaret was a great host who cooked us breakfast each morning. The room was very comfortable and very clean and the bathroom had a great shower and plenty of space.

Hostess is really sweet, accommodating and helpful, gave us great tips on where to go and things to do!!

The breakfast was what was put in front of you. No questions asked about preferences or allergies etc.. That having said it was very nice for us.
The landlady was asked what time we should attend for breakfast each day but spouted times, 8.15, 8.30, 8.45, 9, 9.15, 9.30 whatever you want.... we said a time for the following morning and when we arrived we were were met with disgruntlement, as there were either too many people at once, or we were too late.

Tv is alittle too high on the wall. Was hard to watch. Everything else was perfect and the shopping was amazing!! Awesome breakfast!!

Margaret is an excellent host. She welcomed us warmly into her home. We arrived in the evening and were offered wine, tea, coffee or water. Snacks were also set out, so appreciated! Margaret is the hostess with the mostest!
We are seniors and found the steps from the street up to the house a challenge with heavy pre-cruise suitcases.

Beautiful quaint hospitable place! Friendly ambiance and a lovely view on downtown Vancouver. Owners have a friendly puppy named Jazz- an addition to the B&B that was most welcome! ☺️
Quiet neighbourhood close to two big parks. Highly recommend!
