Cool vibe as a boutique hotel themed as firehouse. A block away from the red line T stop. Very solid breakfast each morning (way better than the chain hotels), but not extravagant. Comfortable rooms. Hotel staff very responsive to any needs.

Rooms showing their age a bit... we had 2 different rooms as the AC stopped working in one, they upgraded us which was great but TV didn't work in new room and toilet was wobbly. Given the cost, didn't expect that.

Highly recommend this property, it's got a very homely vibe and super close to MIT campus. The welcome at Reception could have been better especially as I did a 14 hour flight, then again it was a Sunday so I also appreciated getting my room keys in seconds.

No dining facilities other than breakfast. The hotel should convert the restaurant to a coffee/tea shop.

Staff is exceptionally friendly. We had a few special requests and the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate them. The location is also right next to a red line stop which is very convenient.

love the theme and decor. very clean. staff were very friendly. location felt very safe.

our room had only one very tiny window in the very corner of the room that was a small alcove where you could not sit. interior lighting was all very yellow and not nearly bright enough. if we stay again will request a room with natural light.

Very great decor, cozy, nice staff at check-in. I got upgraded to a suite at no extra cost due to my room given to another customer with special needs. Very quiet, comfortable bed, and great kitchen. It was a great surprise!

The bathtub had lots of hair stuck in the water jets, they got expelled on me when I activated them, indicating the tub was not purged or cleaned properly. The breakfast was not ideal The potatoes were too salty, and limited choice. The orange juice tasted a bit stale or expired.

Very pleasant place to stay. I advantageous position to visit and do your job. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms.
