the pool and breakfast are wonderful. front desk manager was exceptional! she checked on everyone at breakfast from table to table.

didn’t like that the water slide was only open from 5-9. kids were in the pool all day for March break and they should have had it open for this particular week. many families booked the hotel for the pool and water slide. the hot tub needs to be checked - the jets worked randomly.

The water slide in the pool was a highlight, although only open from 5pm -8pm.

The pool not very clean. They had just reopened after being closed for an extended time but there was a very noticeable dirt ring around the pool wall. There was also cobwebs and ants in our room. When we mentioned these things to the staff at the desk, we were dismissed and treated rather rudely.

The breakfast was awesome the pool slide and hot tub were very nice and relaxing.

The cleaning staff was very poor and the room was not clean then got moved to another room to have the same problem any where from vomit in the sink to left over food ain the fridge to dirty sheets then getting locked out of my room 15 minutes before start of my check out time between noon and one pm was not impressed with all that especially for qhat I had to pay for my rom and then they did not even offer a discount or a free night stay nothing . I would probably think twice about staying there again considering it is suppose to be a three star hotel and yet it was like the wayfair motel in guelph the way thi gs were dealt with during my stay.

My stay was so accommodating and that really helps me out with 3 kids, a baby and being disabled. My family enjoyed everything but it was too bad the slide was closed. The shampoo and conditioner were amazing for my hair. Please let me know where I can purchase it.

negative the fact of having agreed, with the staff of the check in and paid extra for this, a late check out but I was forced to leave two hours earlier than the scheduled time!.

Sadly the water slide at the pool was out of order and my grandsons were very disappointed.

I enjoyed the hot tube, the power went out and wasnt able to use the tube and the breakfast was put on hold but taken away at the regular time.

The waterslide was awesome.

The chlorine in the pool was way too strong. You can tell the pool is not ventilated properly. It was causing everyone to cough and our eyes to burn.
