Comfortable room in pleasant hotel. To go breakfast was fine. coffee in room good.

We were given a pet room at the back of the hotel. The wing we were in was mostly empty except for two rooms almost directly across the hallway from us. The people in there were arguing, partying and making noise all night. A call to the front desk did not resolve the problem. We not only could not sleep, the noise and raised voices disturbed our dog which would then growl and bark. We spent most of the night reassuring and quieting our dog. Result: no sleep

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was always clean when I got back in the evening. The room had plenty of space.

The window looked out onto the car park and I felt I couldn't open them when I was in or when I went out. Perhaps the upper floors would have given me more privacy to have the curtains open. But I was told they didn't have King size rooms on the upper floors. I wasn't told until I checked in that the breakfast was grab n go. The grab n go breakfast was ok but I would have preferred a proper breakfast.

The hotel was very close to shopping and restaurants.

We were located close to the street and did hear a bit of road noise on a busy street.

Good location, it was clean, friendly and accommodating staff. Great restaurant with good food. Bagged breakfast was good.

Wish it had a pool. Otherwise no complaints
