Jag at the front desk was exceptionally helpful with my reservation and deleting Booking.com. Such a very pleasant young man on check-in.

The breakfast room attendant may have been working alone. Perhaps that was why the garbage were full, coffee empty, orange juice spout seemed to be dispensing a clear liquid - maybe lemonade?) Not labeled. Only 1 waffle maker, it was the 1 making 4 small waffles - not our preference. Chilliwack B.C. had 2 waffle makers so less waiting for patrons. Did not see any bagged breakfasts. No cookies at check-in which we always look forward to.

This is an excellent hotel, can’t say enough good about it.

The room was large and the bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Property close to good dining and convenience store.

Pillows were awful. Breakfast was very disappointing as by 8:00 am the serving tray was empty, no boiled eggs, no scrambled eggs and no pork patties. Told the front desk and they were surprised, no discount offered.

I was very disappointed that there was not a hot tub. I certainly did expect one.

Breakfast was good, location was OK.

Running out of hot water and not even being offered a % knock down in rate? I do not have words to describe. A person pays money for all services and such while staying at a hotel. I considered it to be very unbecoming of a major hotel chain to not offer a discount when the hotel has no hot water.

i liked the location and that would could get a toothbrush and other items if we forgot them it was convenient

i wished the pool was bigger and brag there was a water slide and a hot tub

There was no hot water in the hotel one of the day and night and the next day till check-out of my stay. Need to provide the information with the notice that people can plan something else.

Would have liked one other item with the hot slavery breakfast. Like sautéd mushrooms or tomatoes, or fried potatoes.

Nice room - comfy bed and had what we needed for a nice stay. Staff were also lovely and the breakfast was good!

Place was clean. Air quality was good, unlike other hotels (low C02 levels).

It was a nice stay. We would have preferred for breakfast to have real dishes and cutlery
