Room was very clean. had a mini kitchen with pots , pans , mini fridge. lots of towels and toilet paper.

Check out from what i remember was always at 11 or 12 . This place has check out at 10. Not good especially since we received our room late. the second annoying thing is the guys trying to sell you time shares. If i repeatedly tell you NO just end the conversation. I drove 3 hours last thing i want is to be bothered with time shares . I even told them am tired and don't feel like talking about it . but he wouldn't understand.

The kitchenette was fully stocked with pot and pans, dishes, cheese grater. Cute set up. Very clean. Staff was friendly. Over all a great stay.

I wish we had a better view. And I thought we were getting a room with a balcony. And wish they would of said ahead a time that the deposit would be 300.00 that caught me off guard.

Location was great

Studio was small. Somehow ended up $100 more taxes and fees than what was expected. That was in addition to the parking fees for a lot across the street.

Room was abit squeezy for 4 pax. The paid parking and off site parking… pool area was also usually abit crowded at peak timings

Charging for parking, seems ludicrous to charge for parking when I’m pretty sure everyone staying there has a vehicle. It’s more of a money grab. And of course they may say that stops others from parking there that aren’t staying, but then getting your license number should suffice when you check in.

The location and confort in the room

The parking. Small capacity in the building and 2 or 3 blocks to park in the other area. I Really think is not fear to pay extra fees for parking. I payed for valet parking and always I had to go my self for my car! They refunded me the difference for this service. By the way they can ask for good tips instead.

This is our second time there, and we love it. The pool, the activity center, the staff, the location.

Liked location next to the lake.

Room wasn't ready when it was our paid time. Not easy to check in, because all of the 15 min parking was blocked off for some reason. So it was a traffic jam in the small entrance. Parking was always full so you had to park blocks away. Was woke up on our last day to someone wanting to sell us a time share. Not a relaxing stay at all.

Great location in South Tahoe with beach access.

Self parking very limited. Lot at hotel full much of the time necessitating use of valet. It would have been nice to have breakfast included but coffee available in the lobby.

The location was fantastic. Within walking distance to many restaurants and the water. The happy hour prices were fair. The room size and amenities were great.

The parking situation was frustrating as the lot on property was full every night upon our return. There were renovations going on, so hallway floors were lined with protective covering which made things feel like you were in a construction area.

No towel service at pool, construction across the hall, no room towel refresh and no ask if we wanted it.

Location is excellent, building from the outside looks great, lobby looks great but the rooms beds and floors need a lot of help.

Beds are uncomfortable. My room felt like they had just washed the carpet and did not fully dry it.

It was very close to the lake and a water sport area. There’s shopping and food within walking/scooter distance. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. We also enjoyed having a kitchen in our suite.

There is no parking on the premises for regular guests. Which is incredibly inconvenient if you’ve brought groceries or have to haul things up to the room.

Parking was terrible, had to park one block away from hotel. Contractor was working next door making noise. I am hearing impaired and close caption not work with remote. When check in, there was no remote for tv.

Overall this place was wonderful. The service was phenomenal, the location was great, and it was clean. It was definitely showing signs of wear and tear but it was very clean - things are just older- however I do think they are renovating so that will likely be spruced up soon. We had a view of a courtyard which was just ok, I was hoping for a lake view but to be honest it didn’t look like more then a handful of rooms would have had any view of the lake. The location is very close to the marina- however there isn’t really a public beach nearby so plan to drive a little. My only complaint is the parking… its awful and if it fills up you park across the street which is especially frustrating when it’s raining. Other then the frustrations with parking we have no complaints and would definitely stay here again

Always Love the Location. Great comfort, cozy atmosphere. And the Imperial Bathroom!!...roomy after so many smaller than a closet.

I enjoyed the location.

The room beside mine smelt strong of Marijuana and it radiated into the shared hall and shared entry way. (Not family friendly).The bed was INCREDIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE. Probably the worst nights sleep of my life staying here. I woke up in physical pain each morning from a sleepless night due to how stiff and hard the mattress was. The room was clean overall, I will give it that. The room was out of shampoo as soon as we got there and the TV was fuzzy the entire time. These are minor compared to the horrible mattress. Overall, I would not stay here again or recommend family or friends. I have had a better night's sleep at a motel 6. I feel like I paid for a bad night's sleep and a hurt neck. There are better hotels I'd recommend up the road.
