Friendly greeting on arrival; very quiet back of building room; on main route through Okanagan Valley

I stayed at back of building, which was very quiet and faced onto a residential street, but room on front might be noisy from Hwy 97 out front, if there's truck traffic at night

Friendly staff. The rooms were decent, and breakfast was ok.

At least 3 parking spots were unusable due to guests' selfish parking, taking up 2 spots each (the yellow separation line was between their car wheels). We had to park outside the property in a sketchy area. The carpet in the room was old and needs replacement.

Beds/pillows are super comfy, decent amount of stations on the TV, good sized TV, nice big fridge, nice staff. Bathtub a good size, hot water with very good pressure! Breakfast was really good- eggs, sausages, Waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, coffee, juice, muffins! Free access to pool and hot tub are a bonus!

Bathroom was a bit small/tight when closing the door while on the loo.

The room was comfortable, quiet and clean, and the staff were friendly during check-in. The hotel is centrally-located and easily accessible.

The dining area is very small, crowded and hot, so we didn't actually end up staying for breakfast. Depending on when you arrive, it may be difficult to find parking as the lot at the hotel is pretty small. Water pressure in the showers could have been better. These are all pretty minor issues, however; overall it is a good hotel to stay in for a few days.

Staff was amazing.

No water pressure in shower or grab bar. Pillows kept falling between bed and wall. Breakfast attendant cross contaminated food buy handling everything individually by gloved hand eg. Touch eggs then touch meat.

The first thing we noticed was how friendly the staff was. Everyone was kind and helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. A young man on the staff was kind enough to stop and chat while I was doing laundry. The hotel was busy but the staff seemed to have everything in order and were calm and efficient.

Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Liked the coupons for restaurants and other businesses. Breakfast offered multiple choices and was tasty.

I was grateful for the cleanliness of the place. The breakfast was good.

It was a little noisy in the hall at nite. I would suggest adding a mirror in the room. Not much can be done about the back view on the first floor.

Our booked price should be the price we pay. Wasn't impressed with the price growing as everything was added on after. Towels are child sized & nowhere near large enough for Western people. Thin, & not standard size. Hotel was run by Indians & the owner creepily sat at a table at breakfast watching everybody as well as giving orders around the corner to staff. In the shower, a corner behind the soap shelf that cannot be accessed for cleaning so I tried to avoid touching that area but doesn't make you feel clean when showering to see that.

The most helpful, attentive staff I’ve ever encountered! They are always working but always smiling and available to help if needed. Not a lluxury hotel for sure but clean and well cared for. Everyone seemed to like the breakfast.

The beds were very comfortable, the employees were amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
