The eggs from a bag are horrible. Every hotel serves them and i don’t eat the breakfast hotels serve.

Morning I booked the room online and the next morning I got an email saying nothing was available so I thought no rooms were available and so I changed my plans and stayed somewhere else. Then the day of I got a text saying my room was available but I was in another city! Anyways I paid for a room I never stayed in. Kind of bummed about the money but know for next time!

check in was fast and staff member was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable even though we found the mattress a little firm. Pool and hot tub was lovely, the waterslide was fun even for us adults.

the included breakfast was a little lacking. standard free hotel breakfast, just wish there were better options besides the cold cereal and make your own waffle station.

I liked the shampoo/conditoner dispensers in the bathtubs.

The hotel front desk person Miss. Rose was extremely rude. Condescending and disrespectful. I had to contact booking.com in amsterdam to have someone call this vile person to try to reason with. She errored in my credit card for checkinn, then wouldnt accept other credit cards to combine to split costs after monies couldnt be refunded to my card for 3 - 5 business days. It made no sense and she literally made my son cry. She kept us and our 3 kids locked out of our 2nd room for hours into our stay. Only finally AFTER the manager was called did she assist, take our money and credit card payments and give us another key. She made our stay miserable as the kids were instantly were made uncomfortable. They (and I) wanted to go elsewhere, to which she replied. Go ahead, we will still be charging you full rates for the room. But then REFUSED to let us in the room for 2 hrs. It was 8pm by the time we had access... i will NEVER stay here again based on Interactions with her ALONE. She shut access off to slide and pool area early. The hot tub jets wereent working and when she was notified she just shrugged and said "huh" Breakfast was shameful. Next to the fairfield in penticton, the one in Vernon shpould be embarrassed. Unbelievably disappointing. Hardboiled eggs... stale bread for toast. Waffle station. Bowl of bruised apples. That was it. I waited from 830am -9am hoping someone would fill the metal warming bowls up with whatever might have been in them, but no luck. Tables were left dirty and nothing was refilled or attended to. Im still in shock and saddened this was how we tried to kick off spring break for our kids. Terribly let down
