Breakfast was disappointing no whee to sit,

All was ok . Breakfast ok. Price could be less.

One day food on time , no waiting.2nd day not enough food for breakfast. Waiting for 20 min while food was cooked.

The hotel room and entire place was very clean. The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was clean and the housekeepers did a good job of consistently changing our bedding and bathroom supplies. The breakfast was really good with a great selection of food to choose from. The location is in a great area.

There was lots of places to eat around the hotel. Mission bay park was just down the road within walking distance.

The breakfast could have been better but it was great to have it included in the price.

No dresser's for clothes,just a place to hang clothes. Besides that everything was great.

the property was close to where I needed to be for work, there was a bed and breakfast was decent. the bathroom was a nice size.

first off, the parking at the hotel is awful- small spaces and difficult to manage. the rooms are very small, barely enough room to get around the bed. while the bathroom was good, there was no shampoo or wash in the shower holders provided.

Affordability and location

We requested the room to be cleaned and it wasn't.

How unique and ABSOLUTLEY BUEATIFUL the view was from our room, you could see from the beach almost up to the college area, we were in building 6, room 650 and let me tell you, I've never seen a view such as that anywhere in San Diego! And the architecture of the buildings and how they were built like a puzzle you put together, each piece having its own unique edges and form, I've NEVER seen anything like that in Dago! Worth every dime and dollar spent! Thank you!

Noise above and both sides, rooms very small. No desk or table.stay was based on price for the area. I got what I payed for. Would not stay again.

Bugs in the room and when we told them about it they said they couldn’t refund our money.

Not clean hotel after spending over1000 dollars for 2 rooms.

The breakfast was decent and thankful for the food the hotel provided.

Very large Cock roaches in the room lots of crumbs and debris underneath the beds. The staff was willing to discount or refund our stay however we had our elderly father in another room close proximity to us and they would only compensate us for our room making it frustrating that we could not leave my father in the hotel without us being onsite to help him and they only gave a 25% on the first night but even though we caught and killed the bug the second night, ridiculous! The worst 900 dollar our family spent ever on 2 hotel rooms for a weekend. Never again will we stay at this hotel or any SureStay Best Western hotel.

Staff was absolutely nice! We asked for new towels on our second day and they immediately handed them out.

Location is near the hwy. We could here loud music and the walking noises from the room above us. There were kids screaming in the middle of the night.

The location was great, next to the road with easy access. The breakfast was ok, typical with the price. The room was Ok with TV and table for eating/relaxing.

The parking lot is small, come in late at night, there might be issue of parking. The elevator is slow, staying on the 3rd floor will be an issue with family. The room is quite small for a family of 4 to travel in. Staying only 1-2 nights are ok but longer may present some space issue.

The room has smells, one window facing corridor and for security reason it can only opened for a very limit space. Quite dark inside the room the air-conditioning is lound. Especially very noisy from upstairs everyday, sounds like water pipe

The rooms were clean. Enough towels for the family. Close location to the beach. The breakfast was delicious.

No service for stay overs. It would be nice for a refresh daily.
