Da localização dentro do aeroporto pois nosso voo saiu de madrugada

O hotel precisa urgente de uma reforma , com carpetes que cheiram a cigarro e instalações muito antigas. Passamos muito pouco tempo então nos serviu principalmente pela localização dentro do aeroporto

The staff was kind and willing to help.

The room was outdated and in need of an update. The AC was difficult to use and didn't respond to adjustments.

We were treated to a fun restaurant employee who we called Areatha (as in Franklin). She helped us get a later checkout time.

Suprprised at the limited restaurant failities. The buffet breakfast was way over price for the very limited selections.

A clean bed.

The carpet was stained, and furnishings were outdated. The colors were drab. Quite depressing. Let's just say the room and hall are tired.

Poor options to have late dinner although a lot of people were in the hotel at that time… Very old fashioned bedroom with noisy windows all night which is disappointing for an airport hotel! Receptionists were very portly welcoming guests :-(

Not much - breakfast was ok

Huge queue to check in, maybe 15 people long with one guy serving. Never known a check in like it. The hotel is old and needs a £50m refurb, as its so large, that what it would cost! Its like it was when it was built in the 60s. Tried to use the auto check in, but asked me go to the desk to check in. WASTE OF TIME. Check out queue was also 10 deep, so I juts left!

Great location right at the terminal so you could fall into bed straight after getting off the plane. Easy checking in, quick and friendly staff all round. Really clean room, great bed and very spacious.

La proximité de l’aéroport et des transports en commun.

The location couldn’t be better. It was a short walk to terminals 1, 2 and 3. The friendly receptionist was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions about the airport facilities as well as providing full information about all of the excellent hotel amenities including the outstanding gym.

the breakfast is not included the restaurant that serve breakfast is awful and the breakfast is terrible : expensive & without good product ! they don’t serve just one natural juice !! what an awful & old fashion place !

Very convenient to the airport.

The restaurant was super busy and seemed to be short staffed. We had to wait quite a while to get through dinner but the only waiter we saw was very pleasant and was working as fast as he could.

Did not explain we needed to use train from airport. We spent a long time searching for shuttle. Did not inform us swimming pool no longer available. We prepaid breakfast fee however no buffet breakfast available 2nd morning due to it being Easter Sunday. We were given limited options from menu.

Location and services

The room's (9067) air conditioning/heating wasn't working and it was uncomfortably cold (60s). For a one night stay when you're exhausted after a long flight, you just want to rest and not mess with malfunctioning item. Consider this a report to fix it for the next customer please.

Location was nice since we were in the airport, only problem was BOOKING.COM canceled our flight from Chicago to Cancun.. so it was a wasted trip.. they first canceled me on Thursday then they canceled all of us on Friday.. very upset with this whole trip.. we lost two days of our vacation.. but I will not use booking.com anymore.. plus I have all the emails and peoples names that told me everything was fine.. not to worry.. I am so upset.. never again with booking.com.

The fact that booking.com canceled me on Thursday has we were traveling to the hotel.. I got an email saying that we were ready to check into our flight.. but I was not on the flight.. then the next day canceled the rest of my family on their flight.. wasted the money and time.. blame the airline.. airline is blaming Booking.com.. thanks for nothing

I chose this property for the location, within O'Hare, walking distance to my terminal for a very early morning flight the next day. My room was attractive and comfortable, just what I needed.

Would have liked access to meals outside the hotel but given that it was in O'Hare itself, that really wasn't feasible.

Lage am Flughafen ist super, man muss nicht ins Freie gehen, kann direkt von den Terminals in die Lobby. U-Bahn-Station ist auch gleich in der Nähe.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Dusche war alt und wenn man das Warmwasser beim Waschbecken aufdreht, macht sich das in der Dusche bemerkbar...

The front desk clerk was kind enough to give us some bottles of water. Our flight had been delayed and we ended up checking in around 3am. We had walked quite far from our gate and were in desperate need of hydration. This small gesture was everything.

The room was extremely dated. There were no USB ports to plug in devices for charging and I ended up using the ports found on the back of the smart tv. Other than body lotion, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, amenities were lacking. No toothbrush/toothpaste/showercap/slippers? Really??? You are paying for location and location ONLY HERE. It’s almost $300 a night and also does not come with breakfast. You get more for your money at a Holiday Inn Express… Ladies/people traveling with children-the ice machine was located in a dimly lit secluded room/hallway, ripe for sexual assault/abduction. Take someone with you/don’t let your kids go get ice alone.

We had a 5:30 am flight so the location is great. Very easy to get into the terminal.

Rooms are small (European size) and dated. Waitress kept pushing drinks even though we were emphatic about not drinking and getting some sleep. My son ordered a Chicago dog and it was split in half and charred to ash on a grill. My fries were cold.
