The location was great. Room was clean.

We had to have our room switched because the AC in the original room was not working. We did still have some issues with the AC after moving rooms, but nothing too major.

I liked the location and the rooms being inside the building. Biggest issue was the seating for bfast. Needs more seating or someone facilitating available seating. There were kids not eating breakfast just sitting and playing while my family of 6 couldn’t find a seat for early morning bfast. I suggest the dining seating is made available for those that are eating not just hanging around.

I did not like how everything was extremely expensive in the pantry. A ice cream bar that typically cost $1.50 cost $5 each, that is excessive. And also the seating for breakfast was poorly managed. Having a table greeter would be very helpful with facilitating a place to sit.

The breakfast was high quality, delicious. Room clean, attractive hotel in excellent location.

This is a very nice hotel to stay in DC with your family. The rooms are very spacious while the price is reasonable comparing to other DC hotels near by. The breakfast buffet was good too, my kids loved the fresh fruits so much!

It apparently is an old hotel, so the facilities in rooms look a bit aged. The cleanliness is just above the average level. Parking is not so easy because no on-site spots are available. No valet parking is a downside to this hotel.

Great location, close to Georgetown. Room was great and lots of space. Nice bar and excellent happy hour. Staff were pleasant and courteous. Breakfast was great. I will definitely stay here again.

Price could be cheaper and without extra fees.

The toilet in our room had a hard time filling the tank to flush.

power was out 1/2 day while we were there - breakfast was plentiful but messy and needed clean up - one coffee machine was down. pool was closed when kids wanted to go - bummer. overall it worked though for families with kids.

The breakfast was good. Quality of food and staff wonderful!! The amount of staff and the job they were g asked to do was unfair. They could lot keep up for the breakfast as hard as they worked and had the most positive attitude…they did not have enough people. Room was kept clean and housekeeping happened everyday. Lobby was kept as nice as room. Location is great!

Suite-style setup with a private bedroom and separate dining room/family room. Very clean. Very helpful front desk tries to accommodate! Excellent breakfast buffet.

The facilities are not recently renovated or brand new. However, they keep everything very clean. The pool was not heated. Hot tub was nice though.

Close to metro, Walgreens. Starbucks close by. Spacious suite. Great roller service and cleaning. Awesome breakfast buffet!!

Pool smelled of very strong chlorine. Irritated our eyes, not even going into pool. The facility was great, but too harsh on the chemicals

The check in staff was very friendly and helpful! And the parking attendant was extremely patient and helpful.

The parking is so stressful. The parking attendant was extremely nice but getting checked in and having to drive into oncoming traffic to access the parking garage was intimidating for someone who’s not local. It would be nearly impossible to check in easily without having a second person with you. It was hard to catch an elevator because of the crowd of people and the only stairs options we could find was listed for emergency use only. (We may not have looked in the right spot).

Having to wait in the long lines at breakfast, that’s the only thing! the lines are long no matter what time you go to breakfast 🍳!

The room was spacious, bed was comfy.

The carpeted floor everywhere in the room didn’t give me the idea of being very clean/ hygienic. The breakfast was pretty terrible - very little choice other than a lot of eggs and bacon. And even that was not that great. Plates seemed dirty / plenty of washing machine stains which was not very inviting. They offer 25 usd vouchers to use in the hotel pantry but everything there is so overpriced you can barely get a snack and drink for 2 (5 usd for a bag of candies / small water bottle - you maybe find prices like that at the airport).

Everything was great. That was my second time staying there. Will definitely go back.

Grosse und schöne Struktur. Grosses und sauberes Zimmer. Fitness war auch gut.

Zum Frühstück gab es leider keinen Espresso oder Cappuccino sondern nur amerikanische Kaffee. Grosser Ansturm am Buffet. Kein Minibar im Zimmer. 16:00 Uhr ist deutlich zu spät im einzudecken.

We did like the room size, and the cleanliness of the room was great. I took lysol wipes with me, and I wiped down the handles, counter tops, and even the remote and toilet, and the wipe was BARELY dirty. It was pretty clean! Happy hour was great. TWO free alcoholic drinks (beer, wine, any house made like cranberry and vodka) for every 21+ yrs in your room. It's gorgeous in the lobby, and the breakfast was decent. It was nothing like the pictures, at least on the first morning. The 2nd morning, we got there 2 minutes late, and the doors were shut, but based on what people were bringing back to their rooms, it looked a little better. There was someone at the main door at all times like an unarmed security/patrol. So I felt safer.

The parking was VERY confusing. Don't park in the "provided" parking that costs 35 or 55 a night. Park on the street is free. The parking spots are very tight because of the poles in the parking area, also stank of weed so bad and even in the elevator. The pool had NO CAMERAS in it, so when a lady broke her glass from the bar. I ran for towels to protect the kids, then went to the front desk, and I was blamed by the two men who cleaned it up. I even helped them by finding random chunks so the kids wouldn't get hurt and it wouldn't enter the pool. There's also a HUGE pillar blocking a good portion of the pool so it could cause a potential accident. There is a $25 "destination fee" per night, which I was not aware of, but don't worry, they give you $25 voucher for the overly expensive restaurant or the grab and go market. The restaurant is open to the public, which I guess is common in DC. They do reserve tables for hotel guests, which was nice.

The breakfast was very good. The room was adequate. The location was adequate as well.

One of the best hotel experiences in recent times. Can’t think about anything negative about my hotel stay. Excellent room, great pool, superb complimentary breakfast and very reasonable rates.

Literally nothing that I didn’t like!
