Breakfast could have been better. Scrambled eggs. Cinnamon for the oatmeal. And was not impressed how the milk was not cold and they would not bring more out when they ran out

We have stayed here several times - they always have a wonderful breakfast and the location is awesome, right next to Camden Yards stadium

I’ve noticed a decline in cleanliness of the rooms over recent years. Also - this past time on checkout day, we had a do not disturb sign on our door and staff still knocked on our door well before checkout time to ask if we were checking out. Also the indoor pool seems to frequently be unavailable .

There was never anyone at the front desk. For security and safety, one would think a desk person should be visible at all times. We waited a while for someone to come upon check in. The several times we went in and out, there was never anyone there as well. Our room was dirty and out of shampoo. The breakfast area sticky, no upkeep on tables. Better cleaning staff needed. More hotel staff at front desk would be great.

I liked the hotels location. It was great for going to Camden Yards. The rooms were very clean and the furniture 2as a good condition. The pool and weight room was good too. The staff were all very friendly and helped my group in anything asked of them. The breakfast was really good.

too much outside traffic noise was able to be heard. Bed mattress needed to be replaced because it was not very comfortable and one side was caved in or crushed.

The location can’t be beat for Os or Ravens games, or for University of Maryland Medical Center, all easy walking distance. The staff is very kind and friendly, the property is sparkling clean, updated with FANTASTIC SHOWERS, and free hot breakfast. What’s not to love?

Valet parking is a bit pricey but worth it for me due to the location of this hotel.

40 dollars a night for parking is kinda ridiculous
