Very convenient and good communication. Breakfast was excellent- good choice. and plentiful. Pool was good for a little swim before breakfast.

We really appreciated the competent and very friendly nature of the desk and shuttle personnel. Everyone was very polite and helpful and seemed sincerely happy to be there and glad to help in any way we would require. We would certainly return to the same hotel in the future if travel plans required a stay in Winnipeg.

We had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves for well over an hour. Very relaxing. Too bad no one else experienced a really great recreational facility. Jaz on the front desk extremely helpful. Our shuttle driver made sure we got to be wherever we needed to be and on time. Great! Thanks! 👍👍

Breakfast was decent and room was big

Room looked very old and had a weird set up, I believe it was to make it accessible, but felt very empty. We tried calling to request the shuttle multiple times but we were never able to get someone on the line. Location was alright, nothing really close if you want to go out to eat. Very average, I would say low value based on it's high price, definitely below other Holiday Inns I have stayed at.

Excellent hotel for the family. Staff were great, good breakfast and beautiful warm pool with splash park.

Wifi logon did not register on my older ipad so I had no internet for my stay. I could room phone out but friends calling me were constantly rerouted taking 20 minutes to get through.

Tha breakfast was very good. There was plenty of variety and the scrambled eggs and sausage was warm. All in all enjoyable. I did have minor irritations after a long journey but they were more than made up for by the friendliness of the staff and the fact that when a taxi couldn’t be located in a reasonable time the Owner or Manager I’m not sure which provided a ride for me to the down town in the shuttle bus. This was much appreciated.

The bed was soft but a little lumpy, and I couldn’t get hot water in the shower after arriving quite late. However the next morning the shower was nice and hot. I dislike Kourrig coffee makers I could not get a decent cup of coffee in the room. These were only minor irritations.
