Pool closed early

very good location, great breakfast and great rooms.

the hot tub was not working. maybe because it’s close to summer?

It was a very easy location to get into and out. The staff was very friendly. We left some clothing hanging up and forgot to take it with us when we left. The staff actually called and told us we forgot items and put it at the front counter for us and we went back later in the day and gathered our belongings.

Beds were comfortable Breakfast was sufficient 10% off with room key @ Mr. Mike's - next door. Starbucks next door as well

Big room, clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hot tub was not working. I wish that was announced or warranted a discount. After a long drive, that is the reason why we picked this location.

Every time we travel Thru ,we steh there and this time we see a nice improvement and renovation of the Rooms we will go there agin. Good Parking

Pool and hot tub were closed but we weren't advised in advance. Too pricey for what you get.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great too.

We were in Salmon Arm for my Dad's funeral. All the staff were amazing.

Not a criticism, just a suggestion. maybe have larger mats at the door, especially in winter

Icey parking lot but it was everywhere in BC!
