Check-in was wonderful. Staff was exemplary. Hotel was nice and clean. Every time we walked by the front desk people were pleasant and helpful.
Check out not so good. This was supposed to be our R&R weekend. We like to relax in the morning while having our coffee and watching TV. Both Saturday and Sunday, the cable was out both mornings. It almost seemed by design to get people up and out the door to checkout. As we were checking out, the breakfast area seemed to be full of locals having breakfast but were not actually guests there. 3 Dogs running around the breakfast area loose. I complained at the front desk about no cable either morning, I was told that the hotel takes zero responsibility for anything wrong because we purchased through booking.com. They were also unable to print me a receipt.

The Hotel The location and all the staff excellent
No orange juice one of the days. I am diabetic and needed the sugar for morning breakfast. But the staff apologized for the inconvenience. It was there the next day. The beds weren't as comfy.

All the staff was very helpful and friendly. The lady at the front desk was AWESOME, Tanya, I think her name was. VERY, VERY nice, patient and appreciated. The breakfast was very good and well kept. The staff who set it up was helpful and very friendly.

It was very clean. It had beautiful interior design in the rooms. The lobby was very nice. I loved the breakfast area and the whole breakfast. The staff were very good. I enjoy the pool in the hot tub.
The bathtub was not working only the shower and the window shade mechanism was not working

The staff was AMAZING! I loved my room. It had everything I needed. I enjoyed the decor, ambiance, microwave, refrigerator, couch to lounge, ottoman to rest my feet. The bed was comfortable. The warm cookies in the lobby and complimentary water bottle were a nice surprise and delight. When needed utensils and extra towels, the signage in the bathroom was very helpful and thoughtful to address those needs to help the housekeeping service. When I stopped by the front desk, they were so delightful with providing the items to me with no problem. I didn't feel the rooms were too noisy between guests, elevators didn't take long at all. Perfect location.
Only thing was limiting channels to watch TV to relax.

The room was spacious and modern looking as was the bathroom. Nice toiletry products. Staff was very helpful, courteous and pleasant. Later checkout is good.
There is only one wire storage compartment for clothes and no nightstand drawers. It seems like it might be accommodating business travelers.
