The staff was extremely warm and welcoming. The rooms were well kept and noise was at a minimum. I really enjoyed the lobby area and the breakfast options were tasty!

Honestly nothing a hidden gem

Absolutely loved the location, loved the valet parking the Staff where amazing... clean rooms breakfast was really good overall everything was amazing the only thing I personally didn't like was the pool could of been cleaner & it was cold so me and my little one didn't get in.. it's also pretty small but no biggie.. other than that we would definitely stay here again.

Pool being cold & not clear enough for me

I liked the added safety of using my room key in the elevator. Room was clean and spacious enough for my needs. Breakfast included was a good start to the day.

Location was great, right next to parking garage, about three blocks from inner harbor and all the food places etc it offers. Also four blocks from cfg arena where I went.

The room deposite is not talked about at all when I got to the location on top of my 222$ ( i already paid the room off months prior) they want $150 incidentals fee. The staff was nice but had I not worked that day they would have turned me away because no deposite. I was super furious because that was my money to spend during my stay, no one took cash and they took the deposit making me broke, they didn't care.

The location was ideal.

Breakfast was good, but could have had more variety. Location was excellent. It was close to historic sites and the aquarium. Staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Pillows were very uncomfortable and created a stiff neck. We were so excited to use the pool but it was very very cold, and my children cold barely enjoy it. Then it was closed for cleaning so we missed our afternoon swim.
