The shuttle service was convenient. It was a little confusing becase different hotels in the same chain have different shuttles, so you have to make sure to grab the right one, but it worked out. The room was surprisingly quiet even though I was right next to the freeway. I'm glad that there was a place to buy snacks.

Well, I got stuck in the elevator which could have been a little freaky. I'm glad my cell phone worked, so I called the front desk. I'm not sure what the guy did to get the elevator moving again, but it worked. Needless to say, I used the stairs for the rest of my stay. Just an example of how the physical building could use a little love.

The hotel is in a good location. Although right off the interstate it was not noisy. The location was walkable to old town about half a mile. The breakfast was okay. The shuttle was great. The shuttle got us to the airport in 10 minutes. it starts at 5am. The driver was helpful and pleasant!

I liked the simpleness of checking in and getting to my room. Staff were friendly and polite. I will be back again.

The room was clean and well cared for. The shuttle was a phenomenal option that we used often. We took advantage of the patio quite a bit during our stay as it was a great central meeting point. We also enjoyed having our vehicle securely parked in the gated parking structure that as a bonus had a charging station for my vehicle.

Honestly, I hated feeling the gouged price of the room due to events nearby. I couldn't stand the way the bathroom door had to be propped open so that it wouldn't slam shut each time someone went in or out.

The toliet was broken unusable the plug-in socket had a broken piece of metal

The property was in a good location. Not far from the airport, close to some interesting areas to visit and places to eat.
