Fast check in

Truck got broken into in parking lot right by door. Had poor cameras. The workers acted like getting truck broke into was just a normal thing they just said well call police then went inside. Business’s next door said always having criminal activity at that hotel or cars or things getting stolen.

Breakfast and dinner was very limited but decent.

The front desk staff member, Amy, was extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending.

Felt clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Loved the view from my room.

Staff was especially helpful. They were willing to exchange money for use of the washer/dryer. It was also a pleasant surprise to see that the kitchen was open for dinner and that the chef prepared what was ordered, rather than having pre-packaged food. We were also thrilled to have the shuttle service to the airport up and running.

We had a quick stay, just to be close to the airport for our early flight out. I was very impressed that the bar was open. We stayed at the one in Briargate and I'll be leaving a review, not as nice that is for sure. It was clean and very close to the airport which is what we needed.
