The room was very spacious, with a comfy bed and a fireplace. Resort was beautifully decorated for the holidays.

More stocked and in order vending machines would have been good since there's no shops near the resort.

We loved our stay at the resort. It's tucked away inside the cove and the area is just simply beautiful. Everything from inside the room with a waterfront view to the exterior of the resort is gorgeous. The staff does a fantastic job maintaining this resort. Special thanks to Mike (cycling enthusiast) for making our stay very special. Thank you.

The location is peaceful and beautiful. it's isolated, but that's part of the charm.

The rooms were dirty, carpets stained, dusty. The bed uncomfortable and the restaurant was horrible. A lack of services.

The facility was looking run down; carpets in the room were very stained; window ledges and fans were dirty.

Beautiful place and super amazing staff! loved all the facilities; docks, pool, restaurant and the rooms. Especially loved the patio in our room, it’s absolutely breathtaking!

Everything was amazing but the hot tub in the upper pool area could use some changes to the speed/power of the jets, it was a little too much.

The view was amazing. Nice room and patio. We loved the outdoor option at the bistro for dining. The pool was nice (and busy with families).

Missed the spa.

We liked everything about the Resort! The view at sunset from our room (#306) was spectacular. The bed was very comfortable. Linen white and very clean. I would highly recommend this resort.

I was looking forward to using the sauna, but it was closed.

We dined at their restaurant/pub and were pleased that they had a vegetarian/vegan option - mind you, one or two options does not constitute a menu; it would be preferred if their were more choices. The veggie burgers were good as was the service.

Like most resorts we have stayed in recently we found the room too warm and the temperature difficult to modulate to a temperature that was less than 20 C. Never got to enjoy the ambience of the room's fireplace as the room was too warm, despite opening the door to the patio and the window, as well as running the ceiling fan on high.

Food was very tasty - both dimner and breakfast. Box of chocolates upon arrival was very nice. For Xmas

It was during snow storm so lodge was freezing in main areas and restaurant. Had to take food to room where was warm.

Spa and some amenities are closed due to covid and off season, but the room was nice and so is the hot tub.

There were no cockroaches or mice. it was clean and functional. We had heat and light for the majority of our stay.

The resort was extremely short-staffed which equated to near zero service, you really felt that you were on your own. The woman at reception, who was also the manager and ‘helper out’ was surly and unwelcoming. We felt that getting our money was the most important thing. The resort is quite far out, there was no on site grocery store and the one ‘restaurant’ on site was awful! The soup we ordered was from a packet as was the pasta. The staff did their best but were limited with what they could do due to their low numbers.
