Localização, perto de tudo e tem shutle “grátis” porque se não der tips (gorjeta) o motorista te cobra.

Funcionários não dão muita informação no checkin, acabei passando inconveniente no café da manhã devido não saber e não ser informado que deveria ter que pegar um ticket antes na recepção. Ou seja não te explicam nada.

The view is why I got the room. This hotel has a perfect view of the White House fireworks from the balcony. You could see the Washington monument and Capital building from the terrace. I believe the price of the suite for 4 nights was fair ($1600). I liked the size of the room. Every day we were given fresh towels and the beds were made. If you get a room option for free breakfast, get it! The hotel is also less than 10 minute walk to the nearest Metro station. Also the Sky dome restaurant is a must try, and it can range about $40-$60/person.

The AC didn't work for about half the trip. I had to call someone to come fix it (at one point it was about 77 degrees). We didn't get good AC until the last day of our trip. If you didn't book a room with free breakfast, you can expect to spend $25+/person. The toilet in our specific room shot water from the side and the floor would get wet. Also we found our first bug the last morning of our trip. Also the lining of the tub was peeling.

The location, the room, the workers were very nice polite and very warm and welcoming. It was a beautiful welcoming when you walked in to doubletree I love this hotel

We were very close to the Pentagon and the other surrounding attractions such as the African American Museum, Arlington Cemetery, All the Monuments

We didn’t have a working shower on the 1st night. I begged for 3.1/2 hours for an extra towel and wash cloth. I had 3 children with me besides myself and I was only given 3 towels & 3 washcloths. The next morning I reported everything to Mrs.Denise whom seemed very concerned, & I asked again for the same towels /washcloths. So again when we returned from our day’s outing we were hot sweaty and just wanted to shower and call it a night. Nothing was there🤦🏽‍♀️. I called down to the desk again and spoke with a gentleman who said he would hv someone bring us the above items. We’ll by midnight no one had shown up and I just went to my other 2 family rooms who had extra to let us use them cause I certainly didn’t want to wait till 3:30 am again. However, NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP WITH THE TOWELS/ WASH CLOTHS , but maintenance did fix the shower. Upon checking out I was only comped one night of parking. We had a very big disconcernment with whomever was responsible for house keeping and honoring my request for towels/ wash cloths. I felt like it wasn’t important, but yet paid full service for the 2 night stay. This was HORRIBLE AND YES I WILL LET OTHERS KNOW OF MY EXPERIENCE AT THAT PARTICULAR DOUBLE TREE HOTEL. Denee Mohammed
